My recent interactions have been satisfactory. I've taken steps to avoid a specific physician. The surgery manager lacks credibility in my view; when I raised concerns, her reaction was to dismiss my perspective. This has resulted in complications with my leg that might have been mitigated with earlier intervention. My primary issue was the doctor's failure to genuinely listen to my medical concerns, and only after I explicitly requested a referral was I able to consult another professional. This subsequent specialist indicated that timely treatment could have been beneficial. However, the surgery manager continues to insist that my account is incorrect.
