Their triage system clearly benefits only the staff, not the patients. I lack the necessary digital resources to navigate their system, so I'm forced to complete a paper form—an absurd and unnecessary hurdle. This practice has become utterly ridiculous, despite my long-standing history with this surgery.

Getting an appointment here is near impossible. Now, you're forced to complete an online symptom form that gets forwarded to a doctor. I've been waiting since early morning, fully aware of the exact antibiotics I require, yet I'm still compelled to wait for a physician to review my form - by which time I could have already been examined and received my prescription. When attempting to follow up by phone, you're essentially told to sit tight. This approach seems completely futile, particularly for those without internet connectivity or elderly individuals. All I needed was a simple prescription - I even tried purchasing the medication from Boots, but it's prescription-only. I'm seriously considering finding a new GP, as this surgery has become increasingly ineffective in recent months.

My interactions with the surgery's reception staff have consistently been frustrating, and today perfectly encapsulated my ongoing experience. While at the reception seeking assistance with a form for my newborn, the receptionist appeared disinterested and unhelpful, seemingly dismissing my request by simply instructing me to call between 10 and 12, despite my being there at 11. I was already at the surgery for another appointment, so I initially let it go. Fortunately, the surgery secretary later approached and successfully resolved the issue. After my appointment, I returned to thank the receptionist, but she responded with a blank stare and complete silence. When I repeated my gratitude, she merely looked away with an insincere smile. This interaction has left me feeling deeply disappointed and is part of a recurring pattern of poor customer service. Working in a customer-facing role requires empathy and professionalism, yet her inability to acknowledge my appreciation after being unhelpful about a critical document for my newborn is profoundly disheartening. Given these repeated negative experiences, I have decided to transfer my family's medical care to another surgery. The constant struggle with the reception team is simply not worth the emotional toll, especially now that I have a newborn who requires attentive and respectful healthcare support.

Getting an appointment here is practically impossible. For women dealing with Menopause, the situation is even worse. They prescribed medication that seriously harmed my health, yet insisted I continue taking it. I stopped, and immediately my side effects vanished - proving my suspicions about the drug's adverse effects. There's zero follow-up, and I'm left without any treatment. Being disabled after brain surgery, I requested assistance walking from my car to the surgery when my husband can't accompany me. Their response? They can't guarantee help. Only recently did they mention Saturday appointments so my husband could bring me, but I'm skeptical I'd actually secure such a slot. I feel completely abandoned and without proper healthcare access. My health has deteriorated to the point where I've been forced to seek care at another surgery that has promised genuine support for patients like myself who need additional assistance.
