The practice operates with remarkable efficiency, and it's clear that an exceptional team of receptionists, administrators, nurses, and GPs work collaboratively to support their patients. Compared to the distressing accounts I've heard about other practices, I feel truly fortunate. They consistently strive to provide timely appointments and promptly communicate test results, eliminating the anxiety of feeling overlooked or neglected. Dr Kulkarni, our primary GP, has been instrumental in managing my son's recent health challenges and surgical procedures. His approach is reminiscent of traditional medical practice, characterized by genuine compassion. He consistently inquires about our family with sincere kindness, ensuring patients feel valued rather than just another case. His commitment is evident in his follow-up care, always encouraging patients to return if they're not fully recovered. It's abundantly clear that patient welfare is his primary concern. He is a consummate professional, highly skilled and experienced in his field. All the GPs and nurses are equally impressive, demonstrating both professional competence and genuine empathy towards patients. The administrative and reception staff are outstanding. They are the critical frontline, maintaining operational efficiency, often in demanding and underappreciated circumstances. While no organization is perfect, I confidently award a 5-star rating based on the practice's overall performance, considering the economic pressures and post-pandemic challenges.

Dr. Kulkani is truly exceptional, successfully eliminating a cyst that had been troubling me for half a decade. His approach is compassionate and thoughtful. Although this wasn't my regular medical provider and I was referred here, I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend both the procedure and this practice—they are absolutely outstanding.

After sending the tissue sample for laboratory examination, the results confirmed it was a basal cell carcinoma, which he had completely excised. I now feel completely at ease knowing the issue has been fully addressed. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience and outcome.

Completely uncooperative and uninformed about legal requirements. Refused to fulfill a council tax certificate for my parents with cognitive impairments. Repeatedly disregarded my email follow-ups and then falsely stated they couldn't sign the document because I lacked a Lasting Power of Attorney. An LPA is absolutely unnecessary for signing a council-provided certificate verifying a dementia diagnosis. After residing in the community for over six decades, I was compelled to switch medical practices to obtain the required signature, which the new GP practice completed effortlessly. The receptionist's evident satisfaction in denying assistance was disgraceful... drunk on their petty authority!

She efficiently checked my temperature and courteously directed me to the waiting area, which was meticulously set up in accordance with COVID safety protocols. Dr Kulkarni then invited me in and comprehensively reviewed all potential treatment approaches while carefully examining my knee. Excellent medical service. Like many practices, there's the typical morning rush to secure an appointment, but that's standard nowadays. Occasional waiting times don't bother me because the healthcare staff are exceptional. The doctors and nurses are incredibly supportive, attentive, and welcoming. I particularly want to highlight Nurse Angela and Dr Rowley, who are outstanding professionals. They consistently provide personalized care, always making me feel valued by remembering my medical history and ensuring I don't have to rehash previous discussions.

I've encountered several problematic situations now. Last year, I experienced a deeply personal issue where a receptionist was completely unprofessional. She carelessly misread my results over the phone and was extremely discourteous. Even worse, while waiting for my appointment, my medical details were publicly displayed on a screen in the waiting room for everyone to see! I informed them this was a clear data protection violation and suggested legal action was possible. The doctor did eventually call to apologize. This year, I urgently needed specific medication and my prescription was sent to the practice. When I arrived to collect it, the same unhelpful receptionist claimed they were closing and directed me to my chemist, despite it being before 6:30 when they were still open. She blatantly lied! My prescription was right there! I've been struggling to secure an appointment for weeks due to potentially serious ongoing symptoms, and I'm restricted to calling only at 8am on Tuesdays. While some doctors and nurses at the practice have been excellent, thorough, and compassionate, one particular physician consistently fails to listen. They interrupt constantly and remain fixated on their computer screen. I've previously left consultations feeling distressed and dismissed, with nothing more than a blood test form thrust at me. Fortunately, another doctor referred me to hospital immediately, where I was diagnosed with a condition requiring urgent treatment within weeks to prevent further bodily damage. I'm truly grateful I sought a second opinion. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with my treatment!
