Completely worthless service. I was instructed to call at 8am to schedule an appointment. When I called at the exact time, they claimed all slots were booked and only one doctor was available for Saturday.

I embarked on a journey to Germany seeking medical assistance, as the Emergency department at Trinity Medical Centre in the UK, after three consultations, dismissively told me "everything is fine, just go home". Absolutely appalling!!!

Terrible customer service at medical office nightmare

Attempted to schedule a medical consultation 33 separate times, but encountered continuous busy signals. During multiple attempts, staff members abruptly terminated the calls, which was absolutely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. The level of unprofessional service was truly appalling.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

Unbelievable service! It takes an absurd three weeks just to secure a consultation, and when I finally arrived to discuss my critical medication shortage, their response was to suggest I should abandon my job to schedule an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd have better odds of receiving medical attention in the emergency room than at this practice.

Terrible service and dangerous medical advice avoid

This medical practice is utterly subpar. Scheduling an appointment is an incredibly challenging ordeal, and the administrative staff consistently demonstrate an unpleasant, condescending attitude. Moreover, the physician made several incorrect and genuinely perplexing choices regarding my infant's medical care, which I swiftly remedied by transferring to the significantly more competent healthcare facility just down the street (Blythe Bridge Health Centre).

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

This physician is completely incompetent. Unable to identify basic medical issues and displays a terrible demeanor. Most of the clinic personnel are discourteous. Additionally, whenever you call, the front desk staff demand to know the details of your medical concern. Sometimes, for personal matters, you prefer not to share with them, and when you hesitate, they become confrontational. You would be more successful diagnosing yourself through an internet search than consulting these incompetent professionals.

Exceptional care from a compassionate medical team

We've been longtime patients at this medical practice, and the staff consistently demonstrates exceptional helpfulness, warmth, and courtesy. Dr. K is invariably composed, direct, polite, friendly, and highly professional - he successfully removed a small cyst from my mouth today. The local anesthesia, procedure, and stitching were remarkably quick, taking just a few minutes before I returned to work. He has been particularly excellent with my asthmatic son, always ensuring he feels comfortable, a sentiment shared by the nursing staff. I'm writing this review to provide a balanced perspective, countering the negative account below which I believe presents an incomplete and unfair representation of the practice. I have, and will continue to, recommend this surgery, and have already helped several people transfer to Dr. K's practice.
