Poor service

Cant see GP- in fact havent been able to see one in 4 years- despite being on repeat prescription- the same dosage sine i joined in 2018- i told them my condition and medication- took my word on it. I was diagnosed abroad. I requested annual blood tests and they agreed in 2022! No scans to check my condition. Appalling service compared to my surgery experience of friends and family in various inner city London surgeries as well as east and west sussex!!

Excellent practice management

This practice is so well run. It's standout , especially in the face of nhs challenges. Can't rate the efficient and caring staff more highly GPs take longer than optimum once I am in the surgery, not sure why. The running of the place more than makes up for that.

While their phone lines can have extended wait times, the staff are always knowledgeable and provide excellent guidance when you finally connect. Moreover, scheduling an appointment is typically a smooth process. Every single staff member I've encountered has been welcoming and genuinely committed to helping patients.

Terrible doctor who failed to provide compassionate care

Cold, Dismissive, and Indifferent. This physician treated me as if I were an inconvenience, completely disregarding my emotional state. His demeanor was distant and mechanical, devoid of any human connection. My worries were met with a blank stare and complete disinterest. He showed zero compassion, making me feel small and insignificant. The consultation was a stark reminder of how some medical professionals fail to provide the basic emotional support patients need during vulnerable moments.

Disappointing healthcare with zero compassion

Medical professionals here lack compassion and appear indifferent. I transferred to this practice expecting a large, caring team of physicians. However, their approach to patient interaction is severely lacking. It feels as though patients are treated like emotionless machines, devoid of any human consideration or genuine concern for our well-being.

Worst healthcare experience ever avoid at all costs

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If you're struggling with mental health, seek help, but definitely NOT here! They will absolutely demolish your emotional state. They show zero compassion for patients and are determined to provide minimal, incompetent care. Your personal information isn't secure either - they've even mailed my confidential details to incorrect addresses. Be extremely wary of this dreadful facility. The doctors here completely disregarded my medical needs. My physician provided zero actionable advice or treatment suggestions, promising to email local support services but never following through. I repeatedly attempted to obtain my prescription, and despite presenting accurate blood pressure documentation, they consistently claimed processing was impossible. Ultimately, I purchased medication through Superdrug, who efficiently delivered my prescription without ever meeting me in person. This GP practice is absolutely useless - they cannot even manage basic prescription services. They bombard patients with irrelevant text messages while becoming completely unresponsive when actual assistance is required. The reception staff seem deliberately obstructive and unhelpful.

What an incredible initial encounter. We completed the online registration, received a prompt callback, and secured an immediate appointment. A massive thank you to Dr. O'Kane. Truly an exceptional physician who genuinely listened and validated my girlfriend's concerns. The entire surgical team merits praise, with Dr. O'Kane standing out in particular.

Getting through to their office is a nightmare, with incredibly long wait times on the phone. Securing a doctor's appointment seems like an insurmountable challenge, and they consistently attempt to redirect patients to the nurse practitioner instead of providing direct medical consultation.

Terrible pharmacy service destroyed my health care

Refused to provide my essential daily medication, which is completely unacceptable. I will definitely be departing and sharing my negative experience.

The service was incredibly swift and streamlined. I initiated an online consultation early in the day, and by lunchtime, a clinician had reviewed my case, with reception promptly contacting me to schedule blood tests, an ECG, and a subsequent GP consultation. Dr. Beecham was not only highly professional and compassionate but also proactively addressed an unexpected health concern I hadn't originally mentioned during the e-consult. The referral process was remarkably quick, with the administrative team processing it immediately. The entire team demonstrated exceptional efficiency and care. I am truly grateful for their outstanding support.

I was emotionally distressed, but she was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and provided me with comprehensive information. Compassionate women save the day at terrible clinic

I've had a truly awful experience here, both today and a year ago, leaving me in tears both times. I want to emphasize that every single woman at this practice is incredibly compassionate and kind. I've previously broken down in front of a receptionist who was wonderfully supportive, and all the female GPs are exceptional - some have genuinely transformed my life! However, some of the male staff are among the worst individuals I've ever encountered. Women, please be cautious, as (not all, but most) they can make you feel utterly insignificant. During an appointment with a male GP, he inexplicably increased my medication to dangerous levels. He rushed me through the consultation and completely dismissed my concerns about coughing blood. Fortunately, a female GP was horrified by his actions and corrected his mistake, reducing my medication and providing the appropriate treatment. Today's interaction with a bald, bespectacled male receptionist was horrendous from the start. When I mentioned not feeling well and requesting an emergency appointment, he immediately criticized me for not wearing a mask, before I could even explain my severe asthma. His tone was incredibly demeaning, making me feel like a contaminated nuisance. After I explained my breathing difficulties, he half-heartedly apologized and backtracked about the mask, having initially assumed I simply had a cold. He then proceeded to blame me for arriving "too late" and suggested I should have taken time off work. That's easy for him to say! As a full-time worker, I don't have such flexibility. I've dragged my asthmatic self here, only to be made to feel utterly defeated and on the verge of tears. His lack of empathy is appalling. A simple, compassionate approach like, "I'm sorry you're feeling unwell. Let's see how we can help you" would have made all the difference. Be vigilant and knowledgeable about your medications, as some staff seem worryingly cavalier. The pharmacy is equally problematic - obtaining medications is a constant struggle, with many staff members demonstrating shocking indifference. While not everyone is terrible, there's a concerning lack of competence.
