This medical practice has a massive patient load of 24,000 registered individuals!! It's crystal clear they're completely overwhelmed!! The service quality is terrible! Just to return a simple stool sample test, I was forced to wait in line for half an hour because they consistently staff only one receptionist!!! Getting a GP appointment is nearly impossible! Their standard response is to suggest seeing a nurse instead!!!!!!

In fact, regardless of which healthcare professional you see, the surgery consistently demonstrates competence, helpfulness, understanding, and genuine care when patients have legitimate medical needs. We must recognize the immense pressure GP surgeries are experiencing and approach them with greater empathy and appreciation, especially towards reception staff who are on the front lines dealing with frustrated patients. I've frequently witnessed patients treating staff poorly, which is unacceptable. These staff members are genuinely kind, and it's important to remember they are doing their best within a challenging healthcare system. The staff here are truly wonderful, and they shouldn't be blamed for systemic healthcare issues.
