On June 6th, I encountered an exceptional healthcare experience after being directed to Trinity medical centre by 111. The entire process was incredibly smooth. Dr Ahmed was phenomenal, thoroughly explaining my symptoms and providing reassuring comfort about my condition. Cris, the receptionist, was absolutely amazing - warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, managing to schedule an ECG for me later that morning. The nurse in room 7 (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was equally wonderful, maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor. Overall, the level of care I received was outstanding and truly beyond expectations.
