Bad!

Terrible wait time and poor customer service

I showed up at 8:10, well ahead of the practice's 8:30 opening, hoping to secure an early appointment before the morning rush. Despite being informed that I was the first patient, it's now 9:10, and I've been left waiting for over an hour. My patience has completely worn thin, and I'm departing without ever getting to consult with a physician.
