Reception staff were genuinely kind and helpful

Really kind service from the clinical staff. I must say the best service and practice I found in the area! I visited on a recent occasion and I received a completely different service from a senior member of the practice. Who was rude and lacked sensitivity. I had been struggling with chest discomfort and respiratory symptoms for several days and felt my concerns were not properly addressed. I was not provided with a prescription for medicines that had been recommended to me previously, nor was I offered appropriate testing for further investigation. This felt very unprofessional. Given that NHS services are funded through taxation, I felt I should have received more thorough care than simply being advised to take over-the-counter pain relief. On a subsequent visit, the service remained poor and I felt I was not treated with appropriate respect. My household contributes significantly through taxes to NHS funding, and I felt I was not being taken seriously or treated with the dignity I deserved.

Reception staff went the extra mile

This practice is absolutely excellent, with staff who consistently go above and beyond. From the reception team who work tirelessly to accommodate appointments, to the attentive care provided by all the clinical staff, each interaction brings something valuable. My family feels genuinely looked after and has complete confidence in the service we receive. If all surgeries operated with this level of dedication, the NHS would thrive. Doctors who actually remember your history

Excellent medical professionals who demonstrate familiarity with patients and their histories, eliminating the need to go over details repeatedly. Very satisfied with the service. It would be beneficial if the practice area were more expansive, as there are family members who would benefit from being able to join.
