Colleen, the receptionist at this medical practice, is a complete embarrassment. Her demeanor was utterly repulsive, displaying an arrogant and disdainful attitude towards the very patients she should be supporting. Rather than demonstrating even a basic level of courtesy or professionalism, she deliberately went out of her way to be dismissive and aggressively unwelcoming. Her behavior created an absolutely repugnant atmosphere that made the entire clinic feel hostile and uninviting. Patients seek medical assistance here, not to be treated with contempt or made to feel like an unwanted burden. Colleen represents the most abysmal first point of contact for a healthcare facility, and her unprofessional conduct reflects terribly on the entire practice. If this is the level of staff interaction they are willing to accept, it is nothing short of disgraceful.

Frustrating prescription mix-up for dementia medication
My spouse suffers from dementia and requires medication. Three days ago, the pharmacy informed me that the drug from a specific pharmaceutical manufacturer is no longer in production, necessitating a new prescription. We visited Tudor, presented their pharmacy note, and explained our circumstances. They assured us they would provide a new prescription. Upon returning to the pharmacy the following day, we discovered the prescription was written, but again for a company that doesn't produce the medication. The pharmacy returned the prescription, so we went back to Tudor. They returned the prescription, which explicitly stated the company does NOT PRODUCE the drug and specified another manufacturer was needed. They promised to resolve the issue. Today, with temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius, we returned to the pharmacy, only to find - can you believe it? - THE PRESCRIPTION WAS WRITTEN AGAIN for the same discontinued company whose drug has been out of stock for a long time. What am I supposed to do? My husband has been without his necessary treatment for three days. My blood pressure has skyrocketed - and I already struggle with hypertension. Should I return to Tudor yet again? Is there any guarantee anything will actually change? I am completely stunned and frustrated.

The management of this surgical practice for disabled children is incredibly frustrating. My child required medical attention, and the approach of cycling through various communication patches has become standard practice. While the actual doctors are excellent, the administrative process is completely ineffective. I submitted images only to be bizarrely directed to a pharmacy for assessment - what happened to seeing an actual physician?! My child needed direct medical evaluation, not a pharmacy consultation. You meticulously complete all the required documentation in these patches, then waste half a day waiting for a response, only to receive a message rejecting the appointment and forcing you to restart the entire process the next day. In my experience, the receptionists have been consistently unhelpful and contribute nothing to resolving the situation.
