Months of ignored pain and runaround

Appalling service. Abysmal communication throughout testing. I was forced to pursue my own test outcomes independently. Referral for further examinations was neglected and remained unaddressed for extended periods. Promised call-backs were consistently missed. Pain relief medication, which I was assured would be prepared, was never made available. Despite marking a request as urgent and being told I would receive a call the next day, this never materialized. Reception staff were discourteous and provided inaccurate information. My GP repeatedly dismissed my ongoing pain and discomfort for months. Once my health condition is finally addressed, I fully intend to escalate a formal complaint to the highest administrative level and transfer to a different medical practice. The level of incompetence is so extreme it seems unbelievable.

A complete disaster with these healthcare providers who've been mishandling my prescription for months. I'm constantly receiving either an incomplete batch of medication or nothing at all every single month. I'm forced to repeatedly call and chase up what's happening - my advice is to steer clear of this absolute mess.

Frustrating phone system drove me crazy

Absolutely appalling service in this day and age! Their automated phone system traps you for a quarter-hour waiting to connect with a healthcare professional, only to abruptly disconnect with a system error message telling you to call back later. Attempting to use email yields no results, with no response posted. Trying to register online leads to requesting an activation letter, which sends you right back to the same frustrating phone number! I'm absolutely fuming and ready to start making alternative inquiries 😡

Frustrating phone triage at tudor surgery

Extremely unsatisfactory encounter with Tudor Surgery. Their telephone triage approach seems promising on paper, but falls apart completely when actually implemented. There's an evident breakdown in communication among the medical staff, with critical patient information being neglected and not properly tracked or relayed. We are actively planning to switch healthcare providers at the earliest opportunity.
