Feedback across this file reveals a practice marked by significant operational challenges that dominate patient experience. Appointment access remains the most persistent concern, with patients reporting extreme difficulty securing slots through phone booking systems that become fully booked within minutes of opening at 8am, long waiting periods on hold, and frequent call disconnections. Reception experience is frequently cited as problematic, with patients describing staff as discourteous, dismissive, and unhelpful when explaining medical concerns. Phone responsiveness is consistently poor, with extended hold times and unresponsive systems creating barriers to care access. Communication breakdowns extend to missed telephone consultations and inadequate information provision about appointment requirements.
Positive feedback, though less frequent, highlights compassionate care from specific clinical staff members, attentive physicians who conduct thorough examinations, and supportive nursing teams. Some patients report good experiences with reception courtesy and responsive communication when they do connect with staff. However, these positive interactions appear inconsistent across the practice.
The practice's operational model of same-day booking only, combined with limited appointment availability and staffing constraints, creates systemic barriers that patients find frustrating and impractical. Concerns about continuity of care, lengthy waiting times in clinical settings, and disorganised operations are recurring themes. The overall impression is of a practice struggling with capacity management and patient-centred service delivery, despite some individual staff members providing quality care.

Terrible customer service and appointment scheduling nightmare
Getting an appointment here is incredibly challenging. Their office doesn't open until 8:06, and when you're waiting in the queue, they abruptly disconnect your call. Even subsequent attempts to schedule result in no appointment. If you try to voice your concerns at reception, they cut you off, claiming they can only speak for 2 minutes, despite the lengthy wait time to initially reach them. The entire experience is becoming increasingly exasperating.

Frustrating healthcare experience with endless waiting
I endured an extensive wait just to interact with an unaccommodating front desk staff. Securing an appointment is incredibly challenging, and the difficulty is compounded if you're seeking continuity of care with a specific physician. The service quality is remarkably subpar.

Frustrating gp practice with impossible appointment system
Absolutely dreadful medical practice. I've been unable to secure a phone appointment with this GP for over half a decade. Currently, I've been waiting in the phone queue since 12:07 pm, and I've already attempted to call over ten times. I'm still stuck at position number 11 in the queue. All I'm seeking is a simple blood test booking. Every time a receptionist answers my call, they claim they can't hear me speaking, which is incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.

Frustrating healthcare with limited doctor availability
Scheduling a visit here is challenging, with only two physicians available. The limited medical staff means you'll need abundant free time to secure an appointment. Moreover, since being under review, the quality of service has noticeably declined.

Poor!
Frustrating healthcare system with impossible appointment access
Getting a booking here is a nightmare. If you call precisely at 8am, by 8:05 or 8:10, there are already around 20 people waiting and all available slots have vanished. It's completely frustrating and impractical. On the rare occasion you actually manage to secure an appointment, the staff can potentially be somewhat supportive.

Frustrating online booking with zero availability
I'm trying to schedule an online appointment, but the website seems completely non-functional. Every single time I attempt to book a slot, there are zero visible available times. It's like they're not even genuinely offering appointment scheduling - is this system even real?

Booking nightmare at this impossible healthcare clinic
If I could rate this lower than zero, I would. Without fail, I dial precisely at their opening time of 8am, yet by 8:05am they claim to be completely reserved. The sole booking method is same-day scheduling, which is incredibly exasperating and absurd. Absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible healthcare service with rude staff
The overall service across all three branches of this GP practice is consistently poor, but the Ripple Road location stands out for the utterly unacceptable nature of my recent visit. The female receptionist at Ripple Road I encountered was exceptionally discourteous, obstructive, and devoid of even the most rudimentary empathy. She addressed patients with a contemptuous demeanor and demonstrated minimal concern for the fact that many individuals entering the clinic are vulnerable and seeking medical support. It is deeply troubling that individuals with such abysmal interpersonal abilities are permitted to serve as the initial point of contact in a healthcare environment. Securing an appointment is extraordinarily challenging — frequently seeming insurmountable without numerous phone attempts, extensive waiting periods, and minimal scheduling adaptability. The experience feels more like patients are being actively discouraged rather than supported. The Parsloes Avenue practice has noticeably deteriorated since transitioning from Dr. Moghal's surgery to the Tulasi brand. Previously, there was a genuine commitment to care, professionalism, and patient-centered service. Regrettably, those qualities have vanished. The decline in service quality and compassionate care is profound and disheartening. People fundamentally deserve better — particularly when their health is at stake.

Frustrating delays leave patient waiting for crucial call
My father was scheduled for a telephone consultation between 8am and 10:10am today, but no call has been received. I've attempted to contact the GP multiple times since 10:20am, and the system indicates I'm approximately 30th in the queue. After being on hold for 18 minutes, the queue position remains unchanged. My father has been experiencing a persistent rash since May 7th, 2025, which continues to worsen. Last week, I called the GP at 8am and waited 45 minutes, during which the receptionist deemed it non-emergency and explained no same-day appointments were available. She provided a link and scheduled today's appointment, yet no call has been made. I have included images documenting the rash on my father's hands. Due to what we perceive as medical negligence, my parents are seriously considering changing their GP practice. Thank you.

Appointment nightmare a total healthcare disaster
Scheduling an appointment here is an exercise in pure frustration - the service is utterly deplorable They should just shut the whole operation down Called at 8 AM and spent nearly three minutes navigating their complicated menu system, only to find myself 30th in line And then was informed that all appointments were already fully booked for the day Constantly being told to see a doctor if symptoms continue is laughable - what a ridiculous suggestion Why haven't they reinstated pre-booking or a proper queuing system? It's blindingly obvious the current approach is completely useless for patients

Compassionate care at its medical best
The front desk staff are polite and welcoming. The nursing team and blood draw technicians are compassionate and attentive. The doctors offer excellent care and thoroughly explain medical details. Consistently receive top-notch service both in-person and over the telephone. Continue maintaining this high standard of care.

Frustrating medical practice with zero patient support
Total disappointment and financial drain. I was left waiting on hold from 8:00 am until 8:42 am, and when someone finally answered, their response was "no appointments available today, we're fully booked". I've been attempting to schedule a GP appointment since Tuesday, but each day yields the same frustrating outcome. They repeatedly send a supposedly helpful link that consistently fails to function. Meanwhile, I've been experiencing bleeding for a week, and this is the extent of their supposed medical support. I urgently request the practice manager to investigate this unacceptable situation.

Terrible adhd support with endless frustrating delays
Steer clear of this practice if you're seeking an ADHD referral, unless you're prepared to endure endless waiting periods. The specialists they recommend are equally ineffective, and one of the doctors was clueless about the Right to Choose policy. They also refuse to engage in shared care agreements - you're better off finding an alternative healthcare provider.

Incompetent healthcare with dangerous patient neglect
I'd rate them zero stars if I could. When you call with an urgent matter at 8 AM, they can't provide urgent care until Monday. The receptionists are dismissive and act like they're medical experts. These doctors deserve a thorough investigation for their complete disregard of patient care. You end up wasting 12 hours waiting in the hospital emergency room.

Dangerous neglect at medical centre puts patients at risk
UNTRAINED AND HEARTLESS RECEPTIONIST! NEGLIGENT MEDICAL CENTRE! Completely lacking empathy! After enduring 45 minutes of waiting outside in freezing conditions while battling severe illness. Even before the doctor's office opened, desperately seeking medical help. They dismissively inform you they can't provide an appointment with a condescending attitude. I believed healthcare professionals were meant to show compassion. Feeling desperate, I contacted 111, who advised me to immediately visit the emergency department with someone accompanying me. Earlier, when I approached the receptionist explaining my critical symptoms, I was simply told they couldn't offer an appointment because they were fully booked. No alternative suggestions or guidance were provided. She failed to comprehend the seriousness of my condition. This situation is potentially life-threatening, as uninformed and callous receptionists could endanger patients with severe symptoms. I regret not capturing her name, but can describe her as a light-skinned woman with black curly hair, respectfully slightly heavier, possibly of mixed heritage. It's alarming how Tulasi Medication centre has become so indifferent! They demonstrate no moral integrity or patient respect! It appears they're solely focused on maintaining patient numbers for financial gain, without genuine concern for those seeking help. I am utterly disheartened by Tulasi medical centre!!! MY URGENT PLEA TO THE NHS: INVESTIGATE THIS GP IMMEDIATELY!!!

Booking nightmare at tulasi medical centre
Absolutely the most terrible general practitioner practice I've ever encountered!!! This place desperately needs an NHS investigation!!! I arrived at the medical centre at 8:15 am and was immediately informed they were completely full. Despite opening at 8 am, somehow all appointments vanished within 15 minutes. How can this possibly be considered acceptable?? I was instructed to telephone the following morning. I rang precisely at 8 am and found myself at queue position number 50. After enduring a grueling hour-long wait, I was once again told no appointments were available. What are patients supposed to do to receive medical assistance? It's incredibly infuriating to waste so much time and energy, especially when you're already feeling unwell. I am thoroughly disgusted with the service at Tulasi medical centre.

Exceptional care and compassion at tulasi medical centre
It's an absolutely wonderful medical facility, from the welcoming reception staff to the exceptional Dr. Chowdhury who provided top-notch care. I've never encountered such a compassionate, understanding, and genuinely warm-hearted physician in all my years. Even with his packed agenda, he remained incredibly patient and attentive, carefully explaining everything about my condition. Thank you, doctor, you truly are exceptional! Continue making Tulasi Medical Centre an outstanding healthcare destination 👍
