Tulasi Medical: A frustrating healthcare ordeal
My experience with Tulasi Medical Practice has been nothing short of exasperating. Securing an appointment seems akin to winning the lottery, with interminable waiting periods that test one's patience to the limit. Even after enduring an hour-long wait on the phone, one's call remains unanswered, leaving patients in a state of frustration and uncertainty. The administrative personnel, far from alleviating these issues, exacerbate them with their unhelpful demeanor and occasional displays of rudeness. This only serves to compound the stress already inherent in seeking medical attention. The overall impression is that of a practice where patient welfare has taken a backseat to other, unknown priorities. Given these circumstances, I find myself unable to endorse Tulasi Medical Practice to anyone in search of prompt, empathetic healthcare services. The entire experience leaves much to be desired, and potential patients would do well to explore alternative options for their medical needs.

Poor service experience: A customer's lament
Atrocious client support! The level of incompetence displayed was truly mind-boggling. I found myself utterly flabbergasted by their inability to address even the simplest of inquiries. It's as if they've perfected the art of frustrating customers. Honestly, I'd rather attempt a conversation with a brick wall than endure another interaction with their so-called "service" team. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for assistance. 🙈

Misdiagnosis and dismissive care at Tulasi clinic
Absolutely preposterous experience at this so-called medical establishment! I've been grappling with plantar fasciitis for a full year, receiving care from two competent GPs. However, my visit to the physiotherapy department at Tulasi was nothing short of absurd. The therapist, in his infinite wisdom, decided I was suffering from back pain, completely disregarding my foot concerns. He stubbornly insisted on putting me through back exercises, repeating this charade thrice and each time inquiring if my foot had miraculously improved. Naturally, it hadn't, but he remained adamant that my spine was the culprit. When I dared to question the connection between my back and foot, he dismissively claimed he lacked time to explain - mind you, this was merely two minutes into our brief seven-minute encounter. His demeanor was nothing short of discourteous and inconsiderate, showing zero interest in addressing my concerns or even bothering to review my medical records to understand my GPs' perspectives. I harbor no illusions about any resolution to this debacle, as Tulasi likely reigns supreme as London's most incompetent medical practice, with incompetence permeating every level from reception to management.

A healthcare assistant's impact on patient wellness
I had a remarkable experience at Tulasi Medical Centre recently, which brought back memories of a life-changing encounter from January 2023. During my ECG appointment, I was fortunate to meet Ela, a healthcare assistant who has been instrumental in transforming my life. Last year, when I visited for B12 injections, I was struggling with weight gain and low self-esteem due to the pandemic's impact. Ela listened attentively to my concerns and took the initiative to refer me to a 12-week health scheme. This program introduced me to a local gym mentor and coach, which proved to be a turning point. Although my weight hasn't changed dramatically, the course altered my mindset significantly. I've discovered a newfound joy in physical fitness, gradually overcoming my reluctance to leave home due to low self-confidence. Ela's guidance and those small steps made an enormous difference in my life. Seeing her today rekindled these memories, compelling me to share my positive experience. I must also commend Sophie and Maggie, who, like Ela, are compassionate individuals who take the time to listen. It's professionals like Ela, Sophie, and Maggie who elevate the overall quality of service at Tulasi Medical Centre. While I believe the practice deserves a five-star review for their efforts, I understand that the increasing patient population can sometimes lead to challenges in service delivery. I'm truly grateful for Ela's support and the positive impact she's had on my well-being. Her dedication and care have been a blessing in my life.

Mediocre experience leaves customer unimpressed
The establishment's performance left much to be desired, falling squarely in the realm of mediocrity. While not entirely disappointing, the experience failed to impress or stand out in any meaningful way. Terrible service: No appointments available
I've experienced consistently poor service at this establishment. It's virtually impossible to secure a scheduled appointment in advance. The only option they provide is to call on the very day you need service, which is highly inconvenient. I've been persistently attempting to book an appointment for the past two months, dialing repeatedly, but to no avail. Their system is frustratingly inefficient and customer-unfriendly, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with their lack of organization and consideration for clients' time.

Positive experience at new surgery for checkup
I had my first visit to this medical practice for a general health check and routine smear, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The waiting time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. Both Margaret Whitelaw and Servete Stojku demonstrated exceptional patient care skills, establishing an excellent rapport from the start. Their ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and comprehensible manner was particularly noteworthy. Throughout the entire procedure, they created a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, which significantly eased any apprehension I might have had. I'd like to give both these remarkable healthcare professionals top marks for their outstanding approach and professionalism. Their handling of the appointment was truly exemplary, making what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.

Disastrous healthcare: Overcrowded and negligent
The level of care provided by this medical establishment is utterly appalling. How can any healthcare facility possibly manage effectively with a patient load exceeding 20,000? It's simply unfathomable. From receiving careless medical advice to physicians failing to follow up after the arduous struggle of securing an appointment, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. When I finally managed to consult with a practitioner, I was astounded to be told that the remedy to my health concerns lay in spiritual matters and cosmic alignment. Such an approach is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. I strongly urge anyone with grievances to reach out to the Quality Care Commission. Despite placing Tulasi under a critical six-month evaluation, it appears that no substantial improvements have been made. Without resorting to hyperbole, I must emphasize that the longer I remain under their so-called 'care', the more precarious my well-being becomes. The situation is genuinely that dire and concerning.

Disastrous surgery: Failing patients and system
The medical facility in question demonstrates a severe lack of commitment to patient welfare. Their reception area, in particular, stands out as exceptionally poor, possibly the most subpar I've encountered. The dysfunctional systems in place are letting down those who are most in need of support and care. Given these grave shortcomings, it's arguable that the authorities should consider shutting down this establishment. The level of negligence displayed here is simply unacceptable for a healthcare provider.

I've encountered an utterly disappointing medical facility. Never before have I come across such a subpar general practice. My interactions with their front desk staff, both yesterday and mere moments ago, left me astounded by their glaring lack of professionalism and apparent inexperience. The level of service provided was shockingly inadequate, falling far below any reasonable expectations for a healthcare establishment.

Frustrating medical appointment system failures
I attempted to schedule an appointment both online and via phone. Despite the stated 8 AM opening time, the system remained closed. At 8:05 AM, I was instructed to call back due to high call volume. The online portal still showed "closed" status, contradicting the advertised opening time. This explains the struggle many face in seeking medical attention. The practice seems overwhelmed, potentially neglecting patients. At 8:06 AM, six minutes past the supposed opening time, an automated message abruptly ended the call, citing busy lines. We're advised to call at 8 AM sharp, but by the time one reaches the counter, all slots are filled. Later calls result in instructions to try again the next day at 8 AM, creating a cycle of frustration and inaccessibility. This situation likely contributes to overcrowding at A&E and walk-in centers. Even the hubs are unresponsive when at capacity. One must question how this aligns with the goal of saving A&E and, ultimately, lives.

Frustrating appointment system at Tulasi
Securing a slot seems nearly impossible, even when calling right as they open at 8 AM. It's incredibly frustrating. The quality of service has plummeted, and I'm at a loss to understand why. Despite the pandemic being behind us, they can't even schedule an appointment for later in the week. Tulasi's standards have drastically declined, and it's a real shame to witness such a downturn in their performance.

Frustrating GP experience: long wait, no help
I attempted to reach out to my local medical practice, but the experience left me utterly frustrated. Despite being the first in line, I endured an excruciating wait of over an hour just to have someone answer the phone. When they finally did, their response was disappointingly unhelpful. They simply advised me to call back between 8 and 9 in the morning to schedule an appointment. However, my subsequent attempts to get through were futile. I find myself at a complete loss, caught in a maddening loop. The hospital insists that I must go through my GP, yet the GP seems incapable of assisting me. This situation is absurd and leaves me wondering how anyone is supposed to receive proper medical care in this system.

Declining service quality at local medical practice
I'm uncertain about the changes that have occurred at this establishment since the pandemic, but it appears to have significantly deteriorated. Securing an appointment has become a formidable challenge, and on the rare occasions when one manages to see a physician, the consultation is limited to a mere 10 or 15 minutes. Frustratingly, patients are restricted to discussing only a single issue during these brief encounters. This approach is particularly problematic for individuals like myself who are grappling with multiple health concerns. To compound matters, the general practitioner has a backlog of referrals for me, none of which have been addressed. As someone struggling with mental health issues, I find myself relying heavily on the support of my loved ones. Without their unwavering presence, I fear I might have succumbed to my darkest thoughts by now.

I contacted the clinic at the early hour of 8 AM, only to be immediately placed as the 36th caller in line. After enduring a grueling 65-minute wait to reach the front of the queue, I was met with an additional 15 minutes of ringing. How could this be? Having invested a total of 80 minutes of my valuable time, the receptionist finally answered, offering a mere "sorry" before informing me that no appointments remained for the day. Regrettably, this isn't an isolated incident; I've encountered this frustrating scenario on multiple occasions. The sole reason I'm awarding two stars instead of one is out of respect for the physicians themselves, who aren't directly responsible for this abysmal scheduling system.

I recently accompanied my 82-year-old mother to the Bennett Castle Lane Surgery, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Upon contacting the reception the previous day to explain her concerns, we were pleasantly surprised when a doctor promptly returned her call the following morning. She conducted a meticulous examination, taking ample time to address all of my mother's concerns without any sense of haste. The doctor clearly explained the need for additional tests, ensuring we understood the next steps in her care. Following the appointment, we had some queries for the reception staff, who proved to be incredibly accommodating and cordial. Their warmth and efficiency further enhanced our positive experience. What truly stood out was how this visit alleviated my mother's anxieties. As her child, I'm immensely appreciative of the practice's attentiveness and professionalism.
