Feedback across this file reveals a practice marked by significant operational challenges that dominate patient experience. Appointment access remains the most persistent concern, with patients reporting extreme difficulty securing slots through phone booking systems that become fully booked within minutes of opening at 8am, long waiting periods on hold, and frequent call disconnections. Reception experience is frequently cited as problematic, with patients describing staff as discourteous, dismissive, and unhelpful when explaining medical concerns. Phone responsiveness is consistently poor, with extended hold times and unresponsive systems creating barriers to care access. Communication breakdowns extend to missed telephone consultations and inadequate information provision about appointment requirements.
Positive feedback, though less frequent, highlights compassionate care from specific clinical staff members, attentive physicians who conduct thorough examinations, and supportive nursing teams. Some patients report good experiences with reception courtesy and responsive communication when they do connect with staff. However, these positive interactions appear inconsistent across the practice.
The practice's operational model of same-day booking only, combined with limited appointment availability and staffing constraints, creates systemic barriers that patients find frustrating and impractical. Concerns about continuity of care, lengthy waiting times in clinical settings, and disorganised operations are recurring themes. The overall impression is of a practice struggling with capacity management and patient-centred service delivery, despite some individual staff members providing quality care.

Worst customer service ever experienced
These people are absolutely terrible. They disconnect calls while I'm waiting in queue, and their signal quality is incredibly poor.

Nightmare customer service with endless waiting
Truly horrendous customer support. I attempted to call repeatedly over a fortnight, experiencing an average wait of nearly an hour and being disconnected three times before finally reaching someone, only to be informed no appointments were available. The staff demonstrated an incredibly dismissive demeanor, robotically insisting that management controls appointment slots and suggesting I visit the emergency department instead.

Terrible service at a broken medical practice
This GP practice desperately requires an NHS review! The personnel are consistently discourteous and frequently appear clueless about their own statements! Parsloes Avenue GP was previously excellent, but since merging with Tulasi, everything has descended into complete chaos!! I've been struggling with health issues since August, and their approach has been to shuttle me between numerous different physicians!! When you attempt to schedule an appointment starting at 8:00 AM, you'll find yourself in a queue of 50 people!! After waiting over an hour, they finally answer to declare no appointments are available!! Or they'll schedule a telephone consultation, and then the doctor simply fails to call!! Utterly unacceptable!!!

Frustrating healthcare system fails patients miserably
Thrilled about expanding their patient roster (likely driven by monetary gain), but securing a medical consultation is practically impossible. The process requires calling precisely at 8am and enduring a seemingly endless wait in a queue of around 50 people, only to be either disconnected or informed that all slots are filled, with instructions to repeat the entire frustrating process the following morning. Completely unacceptable and a total failure of patient care!

Endless wait leads to customer service nightmare
Called and found myself 12th in line, after 35 minutes I'm about to be served... Then endless ringing, with no one answering. A total of 50 minutes completely squandered listening to your awful, monotonous hold music. Getting through to your company is an endless nightmare. I've experienced this before - once I physically visited your location and remained on hold on my mobile for an hour, while your staff casually chatted and enjoyed tea... Either start answering your phones or put up a message to prevent wasting customers' time. You deserve to be shut down again for this absolute disaster of a service. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Terrible service and uncaring staff at medical centre
I repeatedly visited the center, but they consistently told me to return the next day. My concern is that I would only be able to get an appointment when a family member is on their deathbed. Tulsi medical centre's services are extremely poor, and the receptionists are incredibly discourteous. They consistently fail to provide timely appointments.

Terrible service that fails patients completely
Absolutely deserves zero or negative rating. Consistently fails to answer phone calls Extremely discourteous during communication When they actually do respond, no scheduling options exist. Zero availability for routine health concerns. Limited to same-day slots only. This clearly demonstrates complete unwillingness to provide comprehensive patient care.

Frustrating healthcare system fails patients miserably
Getting medical care here is a constant letdown. Trying to connect with someone takes an eternity, and securing an appointment feels impossible. The reception team appears more aligned with a rental car desk than a healthcare setting that should prioritize compassion and professionalism. The practice seems overly crowded and continues accepting new patients, giving the impression that financial gain is their primary motivation.

Frustrating booking experience with endless waiting
Attempted to schedule an appointment for three consecutive days, spending an hour on hold each morning, only to be repeatedly told they're at capacity. It's frustrating that they lack an alternative booking method to help customers secure a slot.

Nightmare surgery with unethical and unprofessional staff
Absolutely horrendous surgical experience, with staff displaying a complete lack of ethics and professional conduct. This medical facility urgently requires investigation by the Care Quality Commission, either to be permanently closed or to implement drastic improvements in patient treatment and care standards.

Unhelpful rachel ruins medical practice experience
The customer service at this medical practice is absolutely terrible. Rachel, the staff member I spoke with, displayed an extremely unhelpful and dismissive attitude. I urgently needed a GP appointment for a critical medical condition, but she coldly informed me that the surgery isn't for emergencies and suggested I go to A&E. This advice is nonsensical, as I specifically require a GP referral. For an entire week, I've been attempting to schedule an appointment, spending over an hour on the phone each time, only to be told they're completely booked. Rachel's demeanor was not just unprofessional, but downright rude, with an unnecessary and confrontational approach that made the entire experience incredibly frustrating.

Poor!
Frustrating healthcare with outdated booking system
Frustrating limitations like the inability to schedule appointments in advance detract from an otherwise decent medical practice. The policy of exclusively offering same-day appointments and requiring all patients to call precisely at 8am is incredibly inconvenient, particularly for non-urgent medical concerns in our modern, busy world.

Mixed care with one unprofessional doctor's poor service
The staff at the reception and the doctors are excellent and genuinely committed to providing care. However, there's one young, newly arrived physician named Catrina who was extremely discourteous during my three consultations with her. She allocates barely a minute to each patient and appears completely disinterested in listening. Her approach seems to be rushing through the appointment as quickly as possible, just to spend the remaining nine minutes resting.

Unresponsive clinic fails patient with terrible service
Customer service was extremely disappointing. I repeatedly tried contacting them with no success, unable to communicate my potential tardiness. Arriving just shy of 5 minutes late, I stood waiting at reception, hoping to be heard. After 10 minutes of waiting, when I finally got someone's attention, they flatly refused to assist me despite my detailed explanation. The entire operation seems to be in complete disarray. I persistently called every morning before 8 am and only secured an appointment after two weeks of daily attempts. They initially referred me in May 2023, and now that it's mid-October, I've received absolutely no follow-up or referral documentation whatsoever.

Disastrous medical care with unprofessional staff
The service quality is extremely disappointing. The entire medical facility appears to be in disarray. Patients are limited to a single restroom with a broken door handle, rendering it inaccessible. My mother was grudgingly permitted to use the staff bathroom, which was devoid of toilet paper. We reached our 9am appointment 10 minutes behind schedule, primarily due to the prolonged check-in process at reception. After accidentally visiting the wrong medical practice and arriving 5 minutes past our designated time, the doctor flatly refused to see us. Within the past week, my mother has been hospitalized twice following a new medical diagnosis, and the care provided on this occasion fell significantly below acceptable standards. One of the reception staff members displayed an utterly unprofessional demeanor, dismissively stating, "Don't make out like we didn't book the appointment." Such an attitude is completely unacceptable.
