Great Practice

My appointment was for my asthma review and shingles vaccine. I was seen early and nurse explained in details how to use properly the peak flow meter apart from the video .She was very patient and gave me a lot of information how to manage well my asthma.. Happy and contended with the service I received. The receptionist were all approachable and fantastic.

The practice has improved immensely

Over the years I’ve been a patient . I have seen some changes, from the old post office to it is today. Reception. Can be slow at answering the phones and sometimes you may be 12 in the queue. On the phone, sometimes is quicker to go in and book. But hopefully now with on line booking we will see a difference.

Diabetic Review

A massive thank you to nurse Margaret for making me feel sk at ease and she calmed me down and gave me the time I needed . Gave some useful advice and information regarding my diabetes and very proffesional and caring to her patients. The receptionist were all helpful and friendly. The surgery is clean and tidy.
