Terrible service and unhelpful medical practice nightmare

Extremely discourteous staff with incredibly slow phone response times. Consistently unavailable for scheduling appointments! Absolutely impossible to book a slot! Whenever you manage to connect with them, they're desperate to cut the conversation short. The receptionists are incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful. Without doubt, this is the absolute worst medical practice ever. I strongly advise against registering here, as securing an appointment is practically impossible!!!!!

This practice is a waste of space

I attended the Wing west at new ham walk in centre with a spotting while I have a couper IUD hopping an ginecologist/Norse will check the problem they've been unhelpful and very unprofessional (they checked blood pressure and lungs instead, top of that forgotten to take a urine test.....) after waiting 4 hours waiting for nothing I was directed to my GP for a ultrasound appointment.since than I trained to call the practice for help but the receptionist are useless what they keep saying we are fully booked.....what about the help with the closest free appointment slot they promise when on hold? waist of time and money (and they accepting new patients apparently while they can't help the existing ones).

Exceptional care: Swift support for new patient

My initial encounter left a lasting impression, as the staff's warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. As a newcomer to the practice, I was pleasantly surprised by how swiftly they addressed my health concerns, creating an atmosphere of ease and trust. In today's fast-paced world, it's become increasingly rare to discover a general practitioner capable of delivering prompt and effective medical assistance, making this experience all the more valuable.

Tulasi medical center: A tale of neglect

Since 1997, I've been a patient at this medical center, and it's been a downhill journey ever since Dr. Moghal's departure. The NHS claims to enforce a zero-tolerance policy against abuse, but the staff's behavior tells a different story. The receptionists, our first point of contact, greet patients with unwashed, scowling faces behind smudged windows. Booking an appointment is an ordeal. Whether you're standing at the door or calling from 8:00 AM, you're left waiting for hours. Excuses abound - either you're redirected to Dagenham surgery or told there are no slots available. I decided to test their phone system by sitting inside and calling. For 35 minutes, I watched them ignore the ringing phone, sipping their beverages nonchalantly. When I finally approached the desk, I was curtly told to call again tomorrow as they were fully booked. The staff's rudeness is appalling; they seem clueless about their duties and act as if working in a GP surgery automatically qualifies them to handle NHS responsibilities. As for the doctors, they're no better. A true physician doesn't simply read from a book and prescribe accordingly. They never examine patients properly or show genuine concern. This surgery desperately needs to be shut down; it's deteriorating rapidly. They've made dangerous mistakes, like prescribing incorrect medication for my son and me. Thankfully, I double-checked, but what if I hadn't? The quality of healthcare at Tulare Medical Centre is abysmal, and I intend to escalate this issue and continue complaining until action is taken. It's frustrating to see a different doctor each visit, forcing me to repeat my entire medical history every time. This constant starting from scratch, coupled with their lack of knowledge, is unacceptable. This surgery deserves nothing but thumbs down.

A stellar general practitioner: Excellence defined

Dr. Thompson has consistently proven to be an exceptional healthcare provider. Their attentive approach, combined with a wealth of medical expertise, sets them apart as one of the finest general practitioners I've encountered. The level of care and personalized attention I receive during each visit is truly remarkable, making me feel valued and well-cared for. It's refreshing to have a doctor who not only listens intently but also takes the time to explain complex medical issues in an understandable manner. Without a doubt, I consider myself fortunate to have found such a competent and compassionate GP.

Caring Dr Rahman: A compassionate GP experience

Dr. Rahman's exceptional approach to patient care truly stands out. His willingness to dedicate ample time to each consultation, coupled with his attentive listening skills, allows for a comprehensive understanding of one's health concerns. It's refreshing to encounter a general practitioner who embodies such genuine care and compassion in their profession. While I primarily seek his services, I've found the entire surgery to be of high quality, even when consulting other physicians in his absence. The overall experience at this medical practice has been consistently positive, leaving no room for complaints.

Unanswered calls: A tale of frustration

Attempts to reach this establishment have proven consistently futile. Despite numerous efforts, communication remains a one-sided affair, with silence being their sole response. The lack of reciprocation leaves customers in a perpetual state of uncertainty, rendering any form of interaction an exercise in frustration. This unresponsiveness not only hampers effective engagement but also raises questions about their commitment to customer service and overall professionalism.

Disastrous service at GP surgery

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this GP surgery. The staff's behavior was shockingly discourteous, and their impatience was palpable. It felt as though they were eagerly anticipating the moment they could terminate the call. The entire interaction was rushed, leaving me feeling unvalued and disregarded. When I sought assistance, I was abruptly informed, "I'm not a physician. Had you been paying any attention whatsoever, you'd have realized I'm incapable of providing help!" These words struck me deeply, leaving me disheartened and dismayed. I had anticipated a far more professional and compassionate approach from a medical practice. The staff's telephone etiquette was abysmal, falling well below acceptable standards. This encounter has compelled me to seek alternative healthcare providers. I find myself with no choice but to switch to a different GP, as the level of service and empathy demonstrated here was utterly unacceptable.

Rude staff and long wait times frustrate patient

The establishment's personnel exhibited an alarming lack of courtesy. The interminable wait times for telephone responses were exasperating. Their admonition to "exercise politeness towards our employees" seems hypocritical, given their blatant disregard for patient care. The overall experience was nothing short of appalling!

Decline of a once-great medical practice

I've been a patient at this surgery since birth, and I must say, the quality of care has significantly declined over the years. Dr. Moghul was exceptional, but since his retirement and the practice's transfer to new management, the standard of service has plummeted. The departure of skilled physicians has left a noticeable void. Securing appointments has become an arduous task, even when calling at the crack of dawn. On the rare occasions I do consult a doctor, the interactions feel hurried and impersonal. I've been dismissed countless times, resulting in urgent hospital visits in the dead of night. The level of neglect I've experienced is truly disheartening. The lack of consistency is frustrating, with a revolving door of physicians who seem disinclined to familiarize themselves with patient histories. It's exhausting to recount my medical background repeatedly. The few competent doctors I've encountered have vanished without explanation, leaving me to speculate that they've likely found better opportunities elsewhere. This practice, once renowned for its attentive and helpful doctors, has devolved into a system where appointments are scarce and patients are treated as mere numbers. It's disheartening to think of the battles I've had to wage and the complaints I've lodged, often to no avail. The deception and mismanagement I've endured have pushed me to consider alternative healthcare options, including private care. To prospective patients or medical professionals considering Tulasi Medical, I'd advise extreme caution. Given the extent of neglect I've suffered, I'm now contemplating legal action against the practice. It's a far cry from the trusted healthcare provider it once was.

Frustrating appointment system for working adults

Securing an appointment at this establishment has proven to be an exercise in futility for those with daytime work commitments. The clinic's policy of requiring morning calls to schedule afternoon slots is deeply flawed, as the phone lines are perpetually engaged or unattended. By the time one manages to get through, all available appointments have invariably been claimed, leaving working professionals in a frustrating limbo. This system seems designed to cater exclusively to those with flexible schedules, effectively alienating a significant portion of potential patients who are unable to take time off work for medical care. The practice urgently needs to reassess its booking procedures to accommodate the diverse needs of its clientele.

Disappointing GP closure ruins expectant mother's appointment

On the morning of December 27th, 2018, I made a booking for my pregnant wife. They scheduled us for 3:40 PM that very day. However, upon arrival at the Barking branch for our appointment, we were dismayed to find the shutters down and a notice on the door. Surprisingly, the staff hadn't mentioned during the booking that the GP was closed at this location. When I called to inquire, they claimed the branch was closed, yet the notice clearly stated it was open on December 27th. This discrepancy and lack of communication left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Never before have I encountered such poor service anywhere. The entire experience was utterly disappointing and unprofessional.
