Unfortunately, I did not receive a warm welcome upon arrival, with an unclear greeting about my purpose for visiting. I was attending for a vaccination appointment, along with other patients that day. I had taken precautions by wearing a mask. The female staff member I encountered was quite supportive and attentive. However, the male staff member who administered the injection was less engaging, offering minimal conversation throughout the procedure. I remain hopeful that the vaccination will provide the protection I need.
