awful medical practice. they've been dismissing my partner's concerns since autumn, disregarding every single health indicator and patronizing her with comments like "you're overthinking" or "just need some sunlight" despite alarmingly abnormal blood test results. their inter-professional communication is completely dysfunctional. they consistently brush patients aside as if their health concerns are insignificant. what potential consequences could arise from casually telling someone to "stop worrying" when serious medical issues might be developing?

Terrible service and staff make healthcare impossible

There's a reception staff member who is utterly appalling. I can barely comprehend half of what she says, repeatedly interrupting with "can I finish" - she's insufferably rude and dismissive, showing zero commitment to assisting patients. When I try to lodge a complaint, she accuses me of shouting, despite my being 53 with genuine hearing difficulties, completely disregarding my concerns. Securing an appointment is nearly impossible, and since Covid, consultations have been reduced to impersonal phone calls, if they even bother to contact me. How can one possibly explain medical issues effectively through a telephone conversation? The prescription team consistently botches my medication, leaving me in agony while patronizingly suggesting the pain is merely psychological. These prescription staff are politically correct incompetents who demonstrate absolutely no interest in addressing my suffering or genuinely listening to my medical challenges. I've endured a constant struggle just to obtain my repeat prescriptions, resulting in days of unnecessary pain. Ultimately, this is precisely why I'm changing healthcare providers, and I strongly advise others to do the same.
