I have nothing but praise for Kineton surgery. They truly excel in their services! The fundamental principle of their approach is centered around patient care, which is deeply embedded in their values. On Wednesday, my son, who is just 2.5 years old, fell quite ill. At around 4:45 PM, I reached out to inquire about any available appointments; unsurprisingly, there were none left. Nevertheless, the receptionist kindly placed me on hold to check if either of the two doctors working that day could see him. To my relief and delight, they agreed! By 5:30 PM, Dr. Kanwar—a wonderful doctor who embodies gentleness and compassion—examined my son and diagnosed his condition before prescribing antibiotics by 6:00 PM sharp. I was reassured that if he didn't improve within a day or so, they would make an effort to accommodate him on Thursday despite having no scheduled slots. If this isn’t the epitome of patient-centered care, then I’m not sure what would be considered as such! We are incredibly fortunate to have access to this exceptional surgery as our own healthcare provider. A heartfelt thank you goes out to them!
