Good GP's, if you manage to see them

Felt sick for 4 weeks, tried to get better without relying on the NHS. In the end I called in the hope to see or at least speak to a GP, but was told to wait for more than two weeks. The only thing I need to get better is antibiotics, but can't get those without prescription.

However, I'll personally cover MRI or Ultrasound expenses since my general practitioner cannot make the referral, and I'm eager to investigate my musculoskeletal concern. Only the physiotherapy department can arrange imaging appointments. The medical facility appeared calm and spacious, with ample seating available early morning. Ideal for individuals who appreciate efficient scheduling. Additional amenities include a gymnasium, swimming pool, and library within the same complex, offering opportunities for physical activity and mental relaxation. 👍

Deadly delays and negligence destroyed my hope

This surgical experience was utterly disastrous and I strongly recommend avoiding this medical practice at all costs. Despite being privately diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer with a prognosis of less than a year, I endured a month of consecutive appointments and tests before even receiving a gastroenterologist consultation. Without private healthcare, I'm convinced I would have already passed away. Their communication is equally abysmal - every time I attempt to schedule an appointment, they either hang up due to high call volume or play a deceitful game where they claim to call back but deliberately ring only once or twice before sending a message suggesting they tried to reach me. Despite my terminal condition, I am absolutely changing providers.

During a consultation where I expressed anxiety about a concerning lump and potential cancer risk, the male doctor responded with laughter, making me feel completely invalidated and deeply embarrassed. After three months, I am now scheduled for surgical intervention, which definitively proves the legitimacy of my original medical concerns. I firmly believe that every patient should receive compassionate and dignified treatment, particularly when confronting potentially life-altering health challenges. Absolute nightmare of an encounter Initial expectations were completely shattered I had a pre-scheduled consultation that the healthcare provider abruptly terminated without proper communication During the initial booking, they sent a message, but then unilaterally cancelled the appointment without any courtesy notification to the patient No professional should handle a medical situation this carelessly The reception staff were incredibly unprofessional and dismissive Even when I emphasized the urgency of my medical need, their response was a callous "sorry, your booking has been cancelled on our end" I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience was - absolutely avoid this medical practice at all costs

Recognizing my urgent need, she further followed up to arrange an in-person consultation for early the next morning.
