Unprofessional and dismissive healthcare experience

I requested a phone consultation on Friday and was informed to anticipate a call on Monday - not perfect timing, but acceptable. I waited from morning until 11am, when I received a text inquiring about my experience, despite no actual call taking place. Eventually, they rang me at 8:13pm, which was far beyond my bedtime since I start work at 3am... Additionally, I've encountered multiple unsuccessful consultations/treatments - being dismissively told my back pain is imaginary or psychological, and being advised not to be concerned about experiencing daily, widespread headaches for half a year. Leave a critical review, and suddenly they'll contact you offering an appointment, seemingly more interested in interrogating you about the review itself, isn't that right, Mr. Owner?

Compassionate doctor changes life for patient and son

I had been contemplating leaving the surgery, hoping to find a GP who would genuinely support my son and me, until I met one of the resident Specialists, Dr. Kudari. He is incredibly professional, empathetic, and truly understands his patients. His commitment to patient care ensures they receive the best possible service and treatment. For the past 5 years, I've been registered at this surgery, and every time I brought my son regarding his speech, most GPs seemed indifferent. I was in deep emotional turmoil, unable to find any resolution. However, when I finally got an appointment with Dr. Kudari, our lives transformed dramatically. I wept with relief, immensely grateful to have found a GP who comprehends the challenges we face and recognizes the importance of early intervention for my child. He understood my parental anguish and ensured my son was promptly referred to appropriate specialists. The sense of relief was overwhelming, like a massive burden had been lifted – something I had desperately needed since my son's birth. Moreover, Dr. Kudari showed genuine concern for my mental health as a single parent, arranging necessary health checks. I cannot imagine leaving this surgery; every patient deserves a doctor like Dr. Kudari. I am profoundly thankful for his exceptional listening skills and his ability to understand how a single situation can impact a patient in multiple ways. I can confidently say he is the best GP I've encountered in my 12 years living in Greenwich and London.

Modernised facilities can't save this terrible gp practice

I'd have rated this a single star, if not for the somewhat updated facilities. However, beyond the modern appearance, the staff and certain healthcare professionals are utterly deplorable. I've been registered with this GP practice for an extended period, and I genuinely feel that my concerns have never been adequately addressed—a disheartening reality I'm compelled to acknowledge. Essentially, I must prepare for a confrontation just to be seen, which reflects poorly on the current state of healthcare in the UK. Attempting to book an appointment at 8 am? Expect to be scheduled weeks or even months later. Regardless of whether your condition is viral or potentially critical, they dismiss your concerns as if you're uninformed or your symptoms are imaginary. While writing negative reviews isn't typically my style, I feel obligated to caution potential patients. I strongly advise seeking alternative healthcare providers. I rarely submit critical reviews, but this experience is truly unacceptable.

Exceptional healthcare service beyond my highest expectations

I have absolutely no complaints about this medical practice. Throughout the years I've been a patient here, whenever I've requested an appointment, I've been accommodated immediately. Simply call at 8am, and they'll contact you back when it's your turn, followed by a consultation with a doctor who will arrange an in-person visit the same day if necessary. Every single general practitioner I've encountered has been thoroughly professional and highly competent. This surgery truly represents an exceptional healthcare provider during these challenging times for the National Health Service.

Unprofessional gp dismisses patient's legitimate medical needs

I recently encountered what I would describe as the most inadequate general practitioner in my experience, Dr. Sara Ali. Her professional interaction was devoid of warmth and compassion from start to finish. The most egregious issue, however, was her suggestion that my disabilities are somehow not legitimate, despite my having formal diagnostic documentation for Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I am utterly speechless. It genuinely seems that this medical practice, and the broader National Health Service, are progressively deteriorating. The current situation is truly disheartening.

The staff are attentive, genuinely committed to patient care, and most of the physicians appear truly compassionate and unhurried during consultations. I feel fortunate to be associated with this practice. Terrible healthcare with endless waiting and frustration

Update: Waiting 3 months for a blood test appointment due to a data breach that limited care to emergencies only. Patients are forced to repeatedly phone every fortnight to check on their status (as if the clinic would proactively update them...). After enduring a 30-minute wait on-site, patients are then informed that the blood test system is non-functional and must reschedule... yet another 3 weeks later! Absolutely ridiculous. If alternative medical practices are available, I strongly recommend avoiding this one! While the staff certainly deserve respectful treatment, patients are apparently disposable (with the helpful suggestion to visit A&E instead!). Never spending less than 20 minutes trapped in a phone queue to reach reception. Even calling precisely at 8am when lines open means being 17th in line. They desperately need additional phone staff or, even better, implement online appointment booking. Sincerely appreciate a solution!

I highly recommend them

I’ve been with this practice for around two years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Both Dr. Kudari and Dr. Shabir provided exceptional care. They listened to my health concerns with genuine empathy and went the extra mile to ensure I received the best possible outcome and diagnosis. I've never had trouble scheduling an appointment when calling at 8 a.m., and while I understand that sometimes demand can exceed availability, they always strive to accommodate patients as best as they can. The clinic is clean, modern, and the reception staff are incredibly welcoming. This is by far the best GP practice I’ve experienced, and I highly recommend them.

They adamantly reject text and email communication, showing a complete lack of understanding that phone calls are not accessible to everyone. Fantastic physio service with friendly staff

This morning, I visited the medical center hoping to secure a physiotherapy consultation (after hearing glowing recommendations from a friend). Upon arrival at 8:30, the receptionist informed me a slot would be available in just 10 minutes! The physiotherapist was exceptional - demonstrating extensive expertise and providing tremendous support. The front desk staff were equally wonderful - warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Despite the constant criticism surrounding healthcare accessibility, this experience was truly outstanding! Whatever systems are in place at this practice are simply remarkable!
