"Practice" could make perfect.

Myself and my partner have been to this practice a number of times in the last year, it's irrelevant to give times and dates, suffice it to say that I am not always satisfied with the outcome. It seems to me one or two GP's are only interested in what THEY have to say rather than what the patient has to say. It would help if they had their listening ears on, and maybe a bit more training would help. That isn't to say that all the staff are like that, but if you read this and are offended by my comments, than maybe it's because they resonate with you. Yes it's important to have the right qualifications but they are useless without humanity and understanding. This may seem like a drastic criticism but it's the difference between a good GP/nurse and a poor one! On the other hand I have found the reception staff and helpful, friendly and good at their job. On the whole a good practice...but needs more practice!

Terrible wait with a baby at reception

We endured over 15 minutes of waiting, even with an infant in tow. The reception staff demonstrated an absolutely terrible demeanor and level of service.

Devastating medical neglect at local clinic

My mother passed away within 6 weeks after a massive, unidentified tumor was discovered, with medical professionals unable to determine its origin despite her extensive cancer. My 6-year-old granddaughter experienced a severe asthma attack, yet the hospital scheduled her appointment two weeks out, claiming they were too overwhelmed to see her immediately! They abruptly discontinued all my chronic pain medication without any gradual reduction, forcing me to endure brutal withdrawal symptoms entirely on my own, despite being a vulnerable elderly patient who relies on these prescribed medications. The surgical care was completely unacceptable. I am preparing formal complaints about these deplorable treatment failures!!!

The medical facility is a complete disaster. I was forced to wait for 30 minutes and was never even called in, despite the waiting room being virtually empty. Absolutely nothing is happening, and I remain unattended, which is utterly unacceptable.
