Rude Receptionist Ruined My Registration Process

My interaction with the receptionist was thoroughly frustrating. She displayed a discourteous demeanor, demonstrated a lack of knowledge about the online registration procedure, and even suggested that I had comprehension issues with the language. When I attempted to discuss her inappropriate communication style, she became defensive, claimed I was being disrespectful, and abruptly ended our conversation. Furthermore, she was unable to direct me to the correct team for assistance, despite my having already waited three weeks for a registration process that was promised to take merely five days according to the confirmation email. This entire exchange was unprofessional, demeaning, and represents a standard of customer service that is completely unacceptable.

Worst Service Ever at This Useless Place

Absolute garbage service with zero accountability. They never schedule appointments despite having no customers, and they're perpetually closed. Their staff provides zero assistance and constantly makes excuses. They'll accuse you of dishonesty without even verifying your claims. Essentially, they're completely useless and unwilling to provide any meaningful support or resolution.

Blacklisting patients numbers

An average GP practice with similar pressures and lack of appointments for the most, which is understandable, however, they go the extra mile in the wrong way, so if you called the GP for an appointment in the last 6 months, for some reason your number will be put in a blacklist and your calls will not go through during the time slot for day bookings from 08:00 to 08:30 which make it impossible for you to see the doctor regardless of your health condition, I discovered this recently, and when I immediately call from a different number the call goes through normally, I tried this on several occasions to make sure it wasn't just a connection issue, because the connection issue will not be selective in blocking a particular number for a certain time of the day. This is a patient safety concern, and a serious form of discrimination that need to be reported.

They consistently fail to proactively share test results with patients, forcing individuals to initiate contact and endure lengthy waiting times - typically around three-quarters of an hour - just to obtain basic information. It's absolutely dreadful! The sole redeeming factor is a single compassionate physician. If you reside nearby, I strongly recommend seeking alternative healthcare providers.

Endless Wait, No Help with Serious Illness

The service at this medical practice is absolutely unacceptable. Getting a consultation with a doctor requires endless waiting, and even a phone appointment seems impossible. The reception staff are incredibly unhelpful, forcing patients to call at 8am, endure a 30-minute queue, only to be told to try again later. It's a complete farce. I've never encountered a medical practice that operates so poorly. They offer no emergency telephone consultations, making it dangerous for anyone who is unwell. I've had two terrible experiences personally. As an asthmatic, I struggled to get my inhaler prescription renewed. When my condition escalated to a chest infection, I was forced to wait six days before receiving antibiotics. My current situation is even worse. I've been suffering from a highly contagious NovaVirus stomach bug for a week. The practice has provided zero assistance, and no doctor has even bothered to call and advise me on treatment. I'm experiencing intense pain, constant sickness, and vomiting - even water doesn't stay down. I feel like I'm at death's door. I even called 999, who told me this wasn't an emergency and to wait for my doctor. The treatment of sick patients here is absolutely disgraceful.

Rude Receptionist Ignored My Urgent Pain

Completely unacceptable service from the receptionist yesterday - she was incredibly dismissive and uncaring. I'm experiencing significant discomfort and feeling extremely anxious, and when I tried to secure an urgent appointment by phone, I was unsuccessful. So I visited the clinic in person, which turned out to be an absolute disaster. The receptionist, who was actually eating during our interaction, repeatedly responded with "what!" and claimed she couldn't help because she's not medically trained. Her attitude was disgracefully unprofessional and cruel. This woman absolutely deserves to lose her job! The entire practice is a complete shambles - impossible to get an appointment and monumentally unhelpful. I am absolutely certain I will be transferring to a different medical practice immediately. Their service is so abysmal that I wouldn't even award them the minimum rating possible.
