Attempting to book at 7:59 am finds the phone line shut, and when you dial precisely at 8:00 am, you're instantly placed 30th in the queue with zero chance of getting seen. Each subsequent attempt yields identical frustrating results. I've been struggling to schedule an appointment for over three months now. Absolutely ridiculous! I'm preparing a formal complaint to the NHS and will definitely be switching to a different GP surgery.
