Scheduling can be quite challenging at this practice. Starting from the early morning, multiple attempts are usually required just to connect with someone. Even after successfully getting through, same-day appointments seem nonexistent. In my recent experience, we were offered a telephone consultation scheduled for the next evening. The process can become quite exasperating. However, when an actual appointment is secured, the quality of care tends to be satisfactory.

Scheduling an appointment is virtually impossible, with no option to pre-book non-urgent consultations, which inevitably leads to unnecessary congestion of emergency appointment channels. Frustrating healthcare experience with mixed service quality

Overall, my experience with VMC has been satisfactory, but I find the organization lacking, including the on-site Pharmacy at Kamsons. Upon arriving for an in-person consultation, I was informed it was actually a telephone appointment (my wife encountered the same situation). Due to workload, prescriptions are occasionally unavailable. Staff turnover is high, and you seldom interact with the same personnel twice. The online appointment booking systems seem to be in constant flux. The merger of the three practices has been challenging, though I remain hopeful that current issues, especially regarding appointment accessibility, will be addressed and improved.

Medical professionals at this facility range from good to outstanding. However, scheduling an appointment is an absolute ordeal, particularly if it's not deemed "urgent". Even for pressing medical needs, you're often required to physically wait in line to secure same-day appointments (which can be challenging when you're already unwell). Phone booking is futile, as slots vanish instantly. Securing a standard consultation becomes nearly impossible for working professionals, essentially forcing patients to self-manage their healthcare and cross their fingers for the best outcome. 🤞🤞🤞😱 The reception team's performance is inconsistent, with some staff displaying notably cold and indifferent attitudes.

I've been repeatedly misdiagnosed and prescribed incorrect medications. The medical team has been slow to refer me to appropriate specialist departments. Only now, after consulting with specialists, have I fully grasped the extent of their medical negligence and the resulting personal suffering. I plan to file a formal complaint through the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). While their e-consultation platform functions reasonably well, and they're in the process of updating their systems, these minor positives cannot compensate for the profound professional shortcomings of the doctors involved.
