My husband and I have been long-standing patients at this practice. The front desk team consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service and friendliness. Dr. Ronke is truly extraordinary - I cannot adequately express how incredible she is, without a doubt the most outstanding physician I've ever encountered, and I credit her with potentially saving my life. The nurse Annie is phenomenal, absolutely top-tier in her professionalism and skill. Both Dr. Ronke and Annie exhibit remarkable compassion and patience, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have them as my healthcare providers.

Terrible service and impossible to schedule appointments

The absolute bottom of the barrel in healthcare services. Attempting to book an appointment by calling at 8am is a nightmare, and even when they claim to schedule a consultation, they fail to follow through. I waited two weeks with no contact whatsoever. Their instructions to call at 8am are laughable, as securing an appointment seems completely impossible. Nearly a month has passed since my general practitioner recommended I get this consultation after my treatment, and I'm still no closer to being seen. Truly abysmal service. Steer clear at all costs.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service nightmare

Utterly exasperating encounter, with every phone call bringing a new justification. Impossible to secure same-day consultations, then told to book ahead, only to be informed that advance slots are unavailable. When attempting to schedule, they switch tactics, claiming same-day appointments are exhausted. The front desk personnel are dismissive and harsh, demanding intrusive details about your medical needs and wielding appointment availability as a weapon if you're reluctant to divulge personal information. Completely ineffective and deeply disappointing.

Frustrating scheduling with no available appointments

Seriously? No available slots in July, and they suggest checking back next week for August? How ridiculous! Their scheduling system is completely unhelpful. The most sensible approach seems to be booking a tentative appointment just in case you might get sick, and then canceling if you're feeling fine later. What a frustrating process!

Terrible medical care with dismissive doctors and staff

The medical staff here are significantly below par. I attempted to discuss my health concerns over the phone when an in-person consultation was clearly necessary. The doctors conducted minimal investigation, only addressing the specific tests I requested. Once the results appeared standard, they provided no additional guidance and were extremely dismissive, seemingly categorizing me as young and healthy with an assumption that my issues would resolve independently. I'm incredibly relieved to have returned to Australia and reconnected with my previous general practitioner. The administrative staff are equally problematic - unhelpful and discourteous. They refused to schedule a follow-up appointment in advance and subsequently failed to follow through on multiple occasions. When I personally attempted to book a follow-up, they were reluctant, citing 'normal' test results as justification for no further action. Their logic that normal results equate to resolved health concerns is baffling and deeply concerning. Moreover, their practice of having receptionists interrogate patients about medical issues and determining appointment eligibility is inappropriate and represents a fundamentally flawed system. This approach is unprofessional and potentially compromises patient care.

Terrible gp practice with poor communication skills

The general practitioner only conducts phone "consultations" (if you can call them that). Scheduling an appointment is impossible. Half the time, the front desk staff is discourteous and unhelpful. I had a recurring prescription that, after switching referral pharmacies, failed to be processed. The pharmacy confirmed sending two emails to the GP, which went unanswered, and even provided evidence of transmission. It turned out the medical practice neglected to update the referral pharmacy details, despite successfully delivering the first prescription to the new location. They also expect patients to understand their internal medication request procedures. The entire experience was thoroughly disappointing. I've since found a new GP and feel significantly more secure. My recommendation is to seek alternative healthcare providers if at all possible.

Worst customer support experience ever

Called multiple times, initially told I was first in the queue, but the call abruptly disconnected. Redialing placed me at second in line. When I finally reached the front of the queue, the call dropped once more. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and completely unacceptable.

The receptionist, Suzanne, was incredibly helpful and skillfully processed my appointment for later that same afternoon after she understood I had challenges responding to their previous follow-up call. She provided exceptional, compassionate service, particularly considerate towards an older patient like myself who is currently undergoing medical treatment. On Monday, April 17th, 2023, I attended my initial new patient health screening since my previous visit on March 29th. During the consultation, I was greeted by Francesca, a compassionate nursing associate, who meticulously inquired about my health status. She was attentive to detail, carefully selecting the appropriate arm for blood pressure measurement and reviewing my medical records in her computer system. She subsequently provided a comprehensive update on my health assessment. Francesca's professionalism and genuine care were truly remarkable, compelling me to express my admiration to the clinic management. Her dedication to her work is genuinely praiseworthy, and I am sincerely grateful for her exceptional service. ♥️ Similarly, during my March 29th visit, the receptionist was incredibly helpful, efficiently scheduling my appointment and patiently addressing my repeated questions with remarkable courtesy. 👍 This is undoubtedly an outstanding medical practice.

Mixed experience with terrible doctors

I recently changed to this medical practice. The nursing staff is pleasant, the front desk is adequate, and one of the doctors I consulted with is acceptable. However, two of the physicians are absolutely unacceptable, displaying a complete lack of attentiveness, exhibiting rudeness, making contradictory statements, and then resorting to dishonesty. These two doctors are so terrible that this practice is completely unviable for me. Just to be clear, if the Practice is reading this: I've now blocked your contact information due to the constant calls and messages, and I will never return under any circumstances - I have absolutely no interest in anything you have to say!

Unhelpful reception ruins otherwise good medical service

I've been a patient at this medical practice for several months now, and while most aspects have been satisfactory, the reception team's phone manner is extremely off-putting. They rush through calls, making me feel dismissed and creating significant anxiety whenever I need to contact them. To make matters worse, when I tried to schedule a doctor's appointment, I was informed there's a month-long waiting period, which is completely unacceptable.
