I've consistently experienced compassionate and courteous treatment from the healthcare professionals here. The practice has now implemented a Total Triage approach, which requires all appointment scheduling to be done exclusively through online channels -- with absolutely no option to book by phone. Additionally, appointments must be booked early, or you risk being redirected to another facility. It feels like we've gone from one challenging system (lengthy phone wait times) to another. Despite the current inconvenience, I'm confident they'll eventually refine the process.

The front desk personnel display a consistently discourteous attitude. While the physicians come across as personable, their problem-resolution skills are lacking. My daughter has endured ear issues for an extended period. Despite multiple appointments and being assured she was referred to an ENT specialist, subsequent follow-up revealed no actual referral, necessitating another submission. They prescribed eye drops for her ear without conducting a proper examination. My young seven-year-old continues to experience persistent pain with no meaningful intervention. The overall care quality has been so unsatisfactory for myself and my children that we've ultimately decided to seek medical services elsewhere. The reception staff urgently require comprehensive customer service training to improve patient interactions. The nursing staff remain delightful, with no criticisms to offer. However, physician continuity is non-existent, with constant staff rotation and reliance on agency professionals.

However, this remarkable professional has successfully collected my blood samples twice in just a couple of weeks. His skill is truly extraordinary and cannot be overstated. While the surgery faces the same nationwide challenges as other medical practices (such as limited non-emergency appointment availability and extended wait times due to restricted consultation durations), I've found their service quite reasonable. I can secure emergency appointments when necessary, and the wait times are actually quite manageable.
