I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely shocking medical service that I strongly advise avoiding. They falsely informed my mother that her CT scan results were normal when the hospital hadn't even sent them - completely unacceptable and potentially life-threatening. I received a generic apology email claiming they'd investigate staff training. Do I believe they actually will? Highly unlikely. Discourteous reception staff who consistently fail to follow through on their promises. I've attempted multiple calls about various issues, only to be cut off when finally reaching the queue. This morning, I tried requesting my grandfather's prescription and was told I shouldn't call during busy periods - after being disconnected twice yesterday, what choice did I have? These persistent phone problems have been ongoing for months and are inexcusable. I attempted to arrange a flu vaccination for my immobile grandfather. They cancelled the appointment and promised to reschedule, but never did. They've misplaced blood tests, made patients wait beyond scheduled times only to cancel appointments... the problems are endless. They should be thoroughly embarrassed by their treatment of my family - Fortunately, I've transferred to a significantly better practice, my grandfather will soon follow, and we plan to move my mother's care as well. We simply cannot risk continuing under such substandard medical care.

I've been a patient at this medical practice for some time now. Overall, it's a decent facility with typical challenges like scheduling and wait periods, which aren't particularly problematic. Today, however, I encountered an extremely uncomfortable situation, and I noticed other patients felt the same way. The staff were shockingly discourteous and unprofessional towards each other, with their interactions fully visible to everyone in the waiting area. There was a clear lack of mutual respect, particularly evident in how a long-standing employee was publicly criticizing a newer staff member. The whole scenario was deeply distressing and something I sincerely hope not to witness again.
