Unprofessional doctor shattered my mental health trust

I visited a general practitioner who immediately began labeling me as a failure and suggesting I require counseling, while simultaneously criticizing my life choices and direction. This medical practice is completely unacceptable - do not waste your energy here. They absolutely refuse to treat patients with respect and will humiliate you even in front of your family. Despite having already obtained a private diagnosis, I was still subjected to blame and verbal abuse, which only served to intensify my existing anxiety. Absolutely disgraceful!!

The recently hired front desk staff display an incredibly discourteous attitude. Scheduling an appointment beforehand is practically unattainable unless you create a significant confrontation. They make patients feel utterly insignificant, as if seeking medical care is an unwelcome imposition. The entire interaction strips away any sense of personal dignity, rendering the service coldly impersonal and deeply disrespectful.

Attempted to schedule a cervical screening appointment this morning, called at 8:32 and found the phone lines completely overwhelmed, not even given the option to wait on hold, just disconnected immediately. Made two additional attempts about 40 minutes later, with identical frustrating results. It's incredibly disheartening that I'm unable to contact my own medical practice.

Utterly exceptional healthcare service. I abandoned my previous practice due to their impossible 4-month appointment wait. From day one at Victoria road, I was able to see a doctor immediately, received a hospital referral promptly, and they even arranged my medication at the pharmacy while processing my medical records. They've completely mishandled my medication, and as a patient with a history of high blood pressure, I've been struggling for four days just to get my prescription. Every time I contact them, they promise to return my call, but they never do. When I attempt to reach out, I'm met with an endless phone queue. I'm thoroughly frustrated and am now actively seeking a new general practitioner.

The most abysmal encounter I've ever endured with these alleged medical professionals - do they even comprehend that compassionate care is fundamental to their profession..!! Every time I consult these physicians, I'm overwhelmed with frustration, and it's not due to my own behavior. They accuse me of being confrontational when my sole intent is to obtain a definitive solution to my health problem. I'm absolutely certain that contemporary doctors prefer prescribing medications, creating an illusion of assistance, instead of genuinely addressing and eliminating the underlying issue. I deeply regret not thoroughly investigating this medical practice before relocating here, and I will now seek out a physician whom I will meticulously research beforehand. Steer clear if maintaining your personal health is a priority.
