Frustrating medication repeat process wastes patients time
Absolutely worthless. Needing to replenish my prescription, I attempted to order online. Discovering it wasn't set for automatic renewal, I contacted the medical practice. They assured me it would be sorted, so I waited for it to appear in the system. After two days and now completely out of medication, I hand-delivered a note requesting assistance. A full day later, still no response. The entire process is completely ridiculous. I'm fortunate this isn't a critical health situation. My next move will likely be scheduling a unnecessary doctor's appointment or formally complaining to the practice manager.

I have nothing but praise for the general practitioner at the medical center, particularly Dr. Hague, who consistently offers reassuring support during every consultation. Most of the reception and telephone staff are excellent, with only one instance where I encountered an unhelpful employee who became unnecessarily defensive, which I find unacceptable, especially when patients are feeling unwell. However, the most significant issue is their mobile application. When I attempted to order medication, I logged in once and was immediately locked out with a message stating I had signed in too many times and cannot access the app again for 60 minutes. This is incredibly frustrating and needs to be addressed.

Unfair medical report destroyed my driving privileges
I am utterly appalled that an unfamiliar physician has submitted a medical report to the DVLA regarding my driving ability, declaring me unfit to drive. This doctor is a complete stranger to me, and I have no prior interaction or consultation with them. Moreover, the grounds cited in their report have never been discussed or mentioned during any of my previous medical consultations at the practice. The entire situation seems completely unjust and baseless.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs
I'd award zero stars if possible. Never encountered such abysmal service at any medical facility. The receptionists are completely incompetent, discourteous, and seemingly clueless about their responsibilities, consistently ignoring patients in the waiting area while engaged in idle chatter. Today, I observed what appeared to be illegal conduct by the front desk staff. My experience has been consistently dreadful. I'm bewildered that these receptionists are permitted to continue working here. Vulnerable elderly patients are left waiting for thirty minutes while staff prioritize gossip over their professional duties. This pattern repeats without fail during every single visit. This medical practice is so dysfunctional that it should be shut down immediately.

I understand the pressures of NHS healthcare and limited GP consultation times, but when a doctor responds with indifference to a medical concern like my ear infection and merely shrugs, it feels dismissive and unprofessional. The appointment booking process, as other patients have noted, is fundamentally flawed. The online system is particularly problematic, with availability virtually non-existent - when slots do appear, they're typically weeks in the future and often with the less empathetic practitioners, which discourages booking altogether. Another frustrating inconsistency is the varied approach to scheduling follow-up appointments. One receptionist might insist you must arrive early on the day for test results, while another will happily book you in advance without hesitation.
