Incompetent doctors destroyed my healthcare experience

I received treatment at this medical facility for several months and interacted with three different physicians. I filed an internal grievance regarding one doctor's guidance. Another physician completely mishandled my prescription. The third doctor was unable to comprehend the blood test results for my chronic condition, forcing me to interpret them myself. I absolutely cannot suggest this practice to anyone.

Terrible service with dangerous blood pressure delays

This surgery has completely failed me during a critical time. Their appointment scheduling is utterly inadequate. I want to share my detailed experience so others can make an informed decision. Apologies for the lengthy account. On 15th April 2019, I visited the surgery experiencing alarming symptoms: dizziness, tingling lips, slurred speech, a red/burning face, and blood pressure so high it exceeded ambulance-call levels, as confirmed on a friend's machine. The receptionist was professional and efficient despite being extremely busy. I completed extensive paperwork detailing my BP concerns and family medical history involving recent sibling death and family BP issues. This was all new and sudden for me. She assured me a GP would review my details. A GP called shortly after, but seemed disinterested when I explained my situation. Despite my critically high blood pressure, he showed minimal concern. He merely suggested a nurse would arrange a blood pressure monitor without providing any immediate guidance to reduce my BP. After several days of no communication, I returned to the surgery. Another receptionist claimed the nurse would contact me only if necessary, as the GP had deemed it non-urgent. My request for a callback was denied. I waited repeatedly, feeling discouraged from following up. When I finally called, I was told the nurse would contact me - but never did. On 3rd May 2019 - nineteen days after my initial visit - I experienced recurring symptoms with extremely high BP. I was bizarrely informed my appointment was from the previous month, with no one available to help as staff had left for the weekend. Despite receiving no professional advice, I independently made lifestyle changes: stopping alcohol, salt, meat consumption, and increasing light exercise. My blood pressure remains high with zero professional support. I strongly recommend avoiding this practice. Fortunately, my personal knowledge and BP monitoring equipment have helped me navigate this challenging situation. Others might not be so lucky.

Absolutely terrible medical professionals who seem completely incompetent and uncaring. Their lack of professionalism and basic medical knowledge is shocking. I've never experienced such a disappointing and frustrating healthcare encounter in my life. Terrible service and unprofessional staff at surgery

The service here is absolutely terrible. The receptionist is completely clueless and just sits there with a useless smile, clearly unfit for her job. The staff give conflicting information and can't seem to get anything right. I've been trying to pick up an item since Tuesday, and it's still not ready despite multiple promises. They keep saying "come tomorrow" over and over, but nothing happens. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. They need to get their act together and learn how to do their job properly. The manager should definitely step in and address these ongoing issues. This is by far the worst service I've experienced, and I'm completely fed up with their incompetence.

Granted, getting through in the morning can be challenging, and booking ahead might involve some waiting, but this reflects the current healthcare landscape due to budget constraints. Similarly, callback times can stretch throughout the day as doctors juggle their patient load, which is typical across practices. Absolutely worth considering!

I was under this doctor's care for nearly half a decade, and during that period, I underwent an ECG test that apparently indicated I was experiencing a cardiac event. However, when I arrived at the hospital, they accused me of fabricating my symptoms and I ended up getting reprimanded!

Terrible service from an unresponsive medical practice

Getting in touch with this medical practice is an absolute ordeal. Their phone line is perpetually engaged, and even when you manage to connect, they promise a doctor will call back but fail to schedule anything. When they finally suggest a specific time for a callback, they inevitably miss that window, leaving you hanging. This forces you to restart the entire frustrating process, once again encountering their perpetually busy phone line. The entire experience is a complete mockery of what a professional medical service should be.

The medical staff - both doctors and nurses - are not only competent and quick but also maintain a warm, professional demeanor that never feels cold or distant.
