Phlebotomist made blood test painless

Today I saw a phlebotomist who put me at ease while taking blood. I have always been anxious about blood tests and needle procedures. The phlebotomist completed the test and I barely felt anything. They have been the only one over the years that has managed to do this so skillfully.

Rarely kept waiting, always feels listened to

I cannot fault this practice. I attend regularly for treatment and usually see the same clinician who always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during consultations. I am very rarely kept waiting. I have not experienced difficulties obtaining appointments, whether during standard hours or through the out-of-hours service. I was even able to secure an appointment on a holiday.
