Prompt response and genuine care shown

My experience at the practice was fantastic - the clinician I saw showed genuine empathy towards my situation and personally followed up with me the same day regarding their enquiries into my health concerns. I cannot praise the service highly enough and would also like to thank another member of the team for their prompt response to my needs. A great service overall.

Telephone consultation led to thorough in-person check

Had to see a clinician today and received a telephone consultation which resulted in needing an in-person examination. I was very pleased with the treatment and service provided, which was excellent from the moment I arrived through to my appointment with the healthcare professional. They were thorough and really helped put my mind at ease. I would rate this experience 10 out of 10. Thank you to everyone involved.

Couldn't get an appointment for months

This practice has not met my expectations. I have experienced significant difficulty obtaining an appointment and feel that my needs have not been adequately addressed. The staff interactions have been disappointing, and I have not received the level of support I was hoping for. After an extended period without establishing continuity of care, I have decided to seek medical services elsewhere.

Substandard experience overall. Communication of important information could be significantly improved, and there appears to be a pattern of defensive responses when errors occur, which happen with concerning frequency.
