Telephone consultation led to thorough in-person check
Had to see a clinician today and received a telephone consultation which resulted in needing an in-person examination. I was very pleased with the treatment and service provided, which was excellent from the moment I arrived through to my appointment with the healthcare professional. Couldn't get an appointment for months
This practice has not met my expectations. I have experienced significant difficulty obtaining an appointment and feel that my needs have not been adequately addressed. The staff interactions have been disappointing, and I have not received the level of support I was hoping for. After an extended period without establishing continuity of care, I have decided to seek medical services elsewhere.

Substandard experience overall. Communication of important information could be significantly improved, and there appears to be a pattern of defensive responses when errors occur, which happen with concerning frequency.
