Great Practice

I came to see the nurse (Mrs Corina Dragomirescu) for a blood test. I am a fainter so I am always anxious but Corina put me at ease straight away, I lay down and she chatted to me all the time and I can say I didnt feel a thing. It usually takes me a while to get up from the bed to see if im going to faint but this time I was up and fine. I wont be so nervous for the next blood test I need. Thank you

Rude reception staff ruined my day

The reception team's demeanor is completely unacceptable. They are incredibly rude and condescending, speaking to guests in a dismissive manner. It seems they've lost sight of their role and are behaving as if they're above providing basic customer service. I fully intend to escalate this issue to management and ensure they understand how inappropriate their staff's behavior is.

The front desk employees are incredibly kind and supportive. Given my cognitive challenges, they consistently demonstrate remarkable patience with me. My physician is outstanding, possessing deep expertise that provides genuine comfort. My sole frustration lies with the appointment scheduling system, which restricts the booking calendar to just two weeks ahead. This means that when I receive a recommendation for a follow-up in four weeks, I cannot immediately arrange it at reception. Instead, I must recall to telephone precisely two weeks later to secure an appointment two weeks beyond that point. Due to the nature of my condition, remembering such intricate details is extremely challenging for me, as my memory is quite unreliable.

Impossible to get an 8am booking slot

Scheduling an appointment here is incredibly frustrating. Their booking system is extremely restrictive, only allowing reservations during a narrow window between 8 and 9 am. I attempted to book precisely at the start of their opening time, but all slots were already taken instantly. When I spoke with their staff, they casually recommended I try again another day, but I've found this happens consistently every single time.
