This medical practice is absolutely terrible, with impossible scheduling and a complete lack of patient care. Getting an appointment seems like an insurmountable challenge, and when you do manage to see a doctor, they appear disinterested and dismissive. Throughout my experience, these physicians have repeatedly failed to accurately diagnose my health concerns, treating me with a cold, mechanical approach that shows zero empathy or genuine concern for my well-being.

Arriving slightly ahead of schedule, I anticipated a potential wait but was seen precisely at my designated time by a delightful doctor named Ellie. She was incredibly personable and attentive, thoroughly addressing my primary health concerns while also proactively examining some additional issues I casually mentioned. She promptly sent my prescription to a nearby pharmacy, which I collected about an hour later, and advised me to return in a week if my symptoms persisted. If future interactions are even half as smooth as this initial experience, I'll be absolutely thrilled. The entire process, from my initial call to collecting my medication, was remarkably efficient and allowed me to quickly return home and focus on recovery.

I'm hopeful that repeat prescriptions could be promptly sent to the pharmacy. My expectations are modest. I consider myself reasonable, yet we're made to feel like an inconvenience simply by seeking assistance. The service quality is shockingly poor. How did things deteriorate so dramatically? I'm hesitant to voice criticism, fearing potential consequences for my grandmother's medical care. I've even witnessed a courteous young man being labeled "far right" for challenging receptionist behavior. What is happening to our healthcare system? It's high time we stop treating the NHS as an untouchable institution and implement meaningful reforms. People are paralyzed by fear of speaking out against substandard service! Repeatedly enduring 30-minute wait times just to secure emergency appointments, I found the staff incredibly unhelpful and discourteous. Their approach was dismissive and sluggish when providing details about managing my health issue. It took an entire month before they even mentioned the possibility of self-referral. It's abundantly clear why this medical practice has been ranked as the most poorly performing surgery in Sussex.
