Hi, I just wanted to give a bit of positive feedback. Doctors receptionist always get a bit of bad press, and just wanted some praise to be passed in the right direction for the reception team at the practice. Yesterday I phoned up and they organised for me to be seen within 15 minutes. Every issue I’ve had they’ve always helped out, I first came to the practice in circa 2001, as a child, and the surgery has come along way since. The nurse, and the health care assistants have been brilliant too, not forgetting the doctor. Remembering how bad it used to be back in early 2000’s, and how great it is now, is really quite amazing. Both Dr. Rean and the locum physician I consulted today were incredibly supportive and comprehensive in their approach. Additionally, the nurse practitioner I've seen previously was equally meticulous. I have absolutely no complaints about the care my family and I have experienced at the Waltham Road surgery.
