Dealing with this establishment has been an absolute nightmare. As a newcomer to the area, I attempted to schedule an appointment for a crucial depo injection. To my dismay, I was informed that no slots were available for over a month, yet it was supposedly too early to book beyond that timeframe. They instructed me to call back in four weeks, which I dutifully did, only to be told I'd missed the window again! After a period of exasperation, I finally secured an appointment last week for today. I explicitly emphasized to the receptionist that my last injection was in November. Upon arrival this morning, I was blindsided by the news that I was at the incorrect location - information I should have allegedly received but didn't. I had to sprint to the right clinic, only to face another setback: the nurse refused to administer the shot, insisting I needed to consult a GP first. Naturally, I inquired about booking said GP appointment on the spot. Their response? I must return at the crack of dawn on Monday to even attempt scheduling. This level of incompetence is beyond belief. I've already taken time off work for this fiasco, and now I'm expected to do so twice more - once to merely book an appointment, and again for the actual consultation. The sheer lack of common sense and efficiency in this practice is astounding and utterly unacceptable.

I firmly believe Warwick road surgery is the best in the area. I have been a patient for a lot of years, my husband is with another practice and he can never get through on the phone never mind trying to get an appointment. Warwick road surgery has kind and helpful staff, from the receptionist’s to the doctors and nurses. I have a wonderful doctor who I am comfortable to talk to about anything, and he has helped me with my health problems I have had from a quick referral to prescribed medication. The nurses are all fantastic, always happy chatty and friendly and always take care with you. I actually recommended Warwick rd surgery to a colleague who had been going through a tough time with their surgery, as she needed to be referred to the hospital but her previous gp was dismissing her. She soon became a patient of Warwick rd surgery and after only a couple of weeks there she has had urgent referral to the hospital, she has had scans, tests and now is on the waiting list for an operation. Without the help of Warwick rd surgery we fear she would still be in pain. Thank you to you all! You really deserve this positive review.
