Caring medical centre with helpful staff and minor flaws

This medical centre is excellent. The front desk personnel and healthcare professionals are incredibly supportive. With two young children, they consistently strive to provide assistance, whether through a doctor's callback or securing an urgent consultation when needed. Wait times can occasionally be lengthy, typically when seeing a physician rather than a nurse. Additionally, my husband sometimes finds it challenging to secure an appointment, as it seems they prioritize younger and older patients, potentially leaving men aged 20-50 at a disadvantage, which isn't optimal. They simply require more funding to enhance their service quality. I suggest they upgrade their check-in systems, which frequently malfunction and create extra work for the receptionists. The parking situation is also subpar, so I recommend walking or finding street parking nearby.

Quick registration and care when feeling unwell

I had a single interaction with their service. Right up until my scheduled visit, I wasn't in their system, but they quickly registered me on the spot and managed to book an immediate appointment that very day. The receptionists were outstanding, significantly reducing my anxiety during a time when I was feeling unwell.
