Heartbreaking experience with negligent medical care

I experienced a miscarriage two months back and was meant to get an ultrasound at Addenbrooke's Hospital, but no appointment ever materialized. When I reached out to my general practitioner to understand what was happening, I was told my doctor would contact me, yet that promise remained unfulfilled. They didn't even bother to run basic hormone screenings for me. The GP service is absolutely ineffective! It appears they only show any concern when a patient is critically ill or potentially deceased.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs

Absolute ineptitude pervades every aspect of this practice. Constantly shuffling between different general practitioners due to their inability to maintain staff, securing a follow-up appointment with the same doctor is a near-impossible feat. Each attempt to contact them demands a minimum of thirty minutes waiting on hold, and even if you manage to see a physician who grants you more than a cursory ten-minute consultation, any referrals to additional services are invariably mishandled, with critical notifications delayed or overlooked. Tragically, for residents trapped within their designated service area, this is the sole medical practice available, leaving patients with the grim choice of enduring substandard care or relocating to address ongoing health concerns.

Dangerous healthcare puts my wife's health at risk

Absolutely dreadful customer service, with an appalling lack of responsiveness and a complete refusal to provide essential medication for my wife. Their negligence directly resulted in her severe illness and continuous vomiting throughout the entire night. I wish there was a rating lower than one star to accurately reflect my extreme dissatisfaction.

Worst medical experience ever with dr rasa hampson

What an abysmal experience I encountered with Dr. Rasa Hampson! Her sole objective seems to be rushing patients out the door. She displays absolutely no compassion or genuine concern for my well-being as a patient. The clinic's management is equally dreadful. The sole bright spot is the long-haired receptionist, who consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind.
