Terrible doctor who failed to help me
Dr Michael Sadik at this practice lacks understanding of social prescribing and has repeatedly failed to grasp its concept, effectively ruining my summer by preventing me from accessing necessary activities. Dr Michael appears unresponsive to my complaints and seems reluctant to address my subject access request due to missing medical file information. I've already escalated this to my local MP and warn that I will report him to the ICO and PSHO if he continues to ignore my needs. He has completely failed to earn my trust. His dismissive attitude towards my complaint and subject access request is unacceptable. I demand proper diagnosis and treatment, or I'll ensure this negative review remains visible. I want to speak with Dr Michael's superiors because NHS management appears to be deliberately covering up a serious health condition by removing medical records that I rightfully possess. Dr Michael has a limited window to restore my medical files, or it constitutes a data protection breach. The entire practice lacks credibility, with an unprofessional and rude receptionist. I've been consistently mistreated and misdiagnosed, and Dr Michael's incompetence is infuriating, especially regarding social prescribing. How challenging is it to understand such a straightforward concept? While he's submitted some referrals, I anticipate continued NHS bureaucratic incompetence, which is disgraceful, particularly when dealing with a patient's health. Dr Michael must immediately establish trust. The receptionist refuses to provide legally mandated medical reports, showing complete disregard for patient rights. Dr Michael demonstrates no compassion, listening skills, or medical competence. He's the worst doctor I've encountered - manipulating medical records, concealing test results, and displaying utter unprofessionalism. An absolute disgrace to medical practice.

Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced
Customer support is absolutely abysmal! Spent 25 minutes crawling from third in line to first in the queue, then another 5 excruciating minutes before a frustrating automated message declares they can't handle the call and disconnects. Had to redial, only to end up third in line once more!!!! This infuriating scenario is becoming a recurring nightmare, which is precisely why I'm writing this review.

Terrible surgery service puts my child's life at risk
When I initially joined this surgery years ago, I had no issues and even provided a positive review... However, my perspective has drastically changed. Currently, I'm actively seeking alternative medical providers. The practice is extremely understaffed, which is absolutely unacceptable. Today, my son is unwell, and I've spent the entire day attempting to contact them, with the phone continuously ringing or engaged. During a recent visit, the reception staff were so overwhelmed they couldn't even answer incoming calls. They desperately need dedicated personnel just to manage telephone communications. Regarding the doctor, I've completely lost trust in their professional judgment. The physician diagnosed my son with a urinary infection and prescribed antibiotics without even collecting a urine sample. Sensing something was fundamentally wrong, my maternal instinct prompted me to take him to the emergency room. The hospital confirmed my concerns - he was admitted for several weeks after being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. They were astonished that the original doctor missed such obvious symptoms. Since this incident, I'm utterly skeptical of medical advice. My son is fortunate to be alive; the hospital staff explicitly stated the critical timing of my intervention. My advice to others: if you're uncertain about a doctor's diagnosis, seek a second opinion at the emergency room - it could potentially save your life.

This new GP comes across as distant, unfriendly, and provides minimal assistance. If you're scheduling an appointment at this practice, I strongly recommend steering clear of Dr. Michal Sadik.
