The customer service representative was extremely hostile and dismissive during our phone conversation. She clearly wanted to end the call as quickly as possible without addressing my concerns. Called the medical center regarding a delayed notification about my cholesterol levels, which I only learned about after four months of being on medication. They informed me my blood test showed elevated results, and I'm puzzled why I wasn't contacted earlier, especially considering my heart attack history. I'm completely in the dark about their communication process and feel I should have been informed promptly after the initial blood test. The receptionist assured me someone would call back to explain within two days, but I'm still waiting for that promised phone call.

Unhelpful doctor fails to provide proper medical care

Brought my child in today after experiencing a seizure recently. We managed to secure a prompt consultation, but the physician was incredibly unhelpful and essentially told us to go to the emergency room. What happened to proper medical investigation or referral procedures? The doctor seemed completely disinterested. Our entire interaction lasted barely a couple of minutes. It appears this medical professional has completely abandoned any sense of professional responsibility or patient care. Clearly unsuited to their line of work.

I entered the surgery fully expecting to be without my medication for several days or needing to schedule a GP appointment due to my own forgetfulness about running low, but Karen at the front desk not only guaranteed she could have a doctor approve my prescription for the next day but went above and beyond by getting the script sent to the pharmacy in just 10 minutes.
