Negligent doctor destroyed my health and hopes

You eliminated my critique as well. Despite disregarding my concerns, concealing my diagnostic findings, and falsely claiming they were reviewed. Dr Thomas declined to refer me for laboratory testing or conduct a physical assessment. Ultimately, I invested significant funds at Nuffield Health, and—as I suspected—I am indeed extremely ill. In fact, it appears to be potentially cancerous. I've consulted with the legal team at Wright and Hassall, and it seems this isn't the first instance of such misconduct from your organization.... Go ahead and try to remove this review, I challenge you. And for the record, I am Mr. J Brierley, and I am registered with your practice, so don't attempt to deny my patient status.

Terrible customer service that left me frustrated

Absolutely dreadful encounter earlier today, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the treatment and the receptionist's handling of my issue, who persistently chose to disregard my concerns. When I requested his name, he flatly refused to provide it and ultimately terminated the call. The whole situation was utterly unacceptable.

Awesome service despite parking challenges

Absolutely worth your time. The staff go above and beyond to secure a convenient appointment, with telephone consultations being an added bonus. Parking can be challenging, but it's a small inconvenience given their popularity - just be prepared to park a short walk away and pay a minimal fee. The entire experience is spotless, swift, and seamless from beginning to end. Perfect score.

Terrible service and no mental health support

I've undergone three virtual consultations since May, and each one has been completely disregarded, even after I've diligently attempted to follow up using their provided communication channel. When I've phoned on the scheduled day to secure an appointment, I'm consistently informed that only emergency slots remain. Upon explaining that I'm seeking support for my mental well-being, I'm flatly told, 'That's not a valid reason, come back and try again tomorrow.'

Upon relocating, we switched to Waterside Medical Practice and discovered it was substantially superior to our former healthcare provider, where we had encountered numerous challenges. The administrative staff consistently demonstrate exceptional friendliness and professionalism. In my past experiences with other medical practices, I've often felt that physicians would dismissively attribute my concerns to unnecessary female anxiety, disregarding my genuine insights. This resulted in my daughter being prescribed medication she was ultimately allergic to for six weeks, simply because I deferred to the doctor's judgment instead of trusting my maternal instincts. I've learned my lesson, and at Waterside, my doctor genuinely listens and treats me with dignity and respect. When we subsequently moved closer to our original neighborhood, Waterside graciously allowed us to remain registered with their practice, sparing us the inconvenience of switching healthcare providers again.

We seldom visit this medical practice. When our 2-year-old daughter was suffering from virus-related respiratory issues, I phoned the surgery around mid-afternoon anticipating being directed to an urgent care facility or emergency room. Contrary to my expectations, Dr. Wiggett returned my call within sixty minutes and we were promptly seen at the clinic. The doctor was outstanding, demonstrating a wonderfully gentle manner with children, and even volunteered to follow up later to assess her response to the initial treatment. I'm thoroughly impressed with Waterside's exceptional service, which far surpassed my typical expectations. Our sincere appreciation for their care.
