Amazing healthcare with heart and compassion

We recently became part of the Waterside community and have been thoroughly impressed. As of 30/6/23, we are heartbroken to be relocating and leaving Waterside behind. Every single staff member, from doctors and nurses to receptionists, has been exceptional. Their consistent helpfulness and genuine care have been remarkable. Unprofessional and cold gynaecologist who ignored patient

My encounter with Dr. Sinha Abha, a gynaecology consultant, was absolutely horrific. I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received at her clinic. After waiting two long years for this appointment, the consultation was anything but compassionate. Mrs. Sinha Abha was undoubtedly the most callous medical professional I have ever encountered. She showed zero interest in listening to or understanding my concerns, barely making eye contact and continuously typing on her computer screen. When I described the unique pain in my right abdomen, she dismissively claimed nothing could be done. Despite my repeated objections to her advice, she stubbornly maintained that alternative approaches were futile. I am deeply frustrated that taxpayer resources are being squandered on such unprofessional healthcare providers who demonstrate complete disregard for patient experiences. This ordeal has been mentally and physically exhausting, leaving me feeling completely defeated and unheard. I remain bewildered by her complete lack of empathy and compassion. I strongly advise against consulting this gynaecologist. Her inability to acknowledge the significant waiting period and patients' struggles is unacceptable. I sincerely hope Prime Minister Rishi Sunak becomes aware of such systemic healthcare failures.

Worst customer service ever at this medical practice

I'd gladly award zero stars if possible. The receptionist here represents the most discourteous individual I've ever encountered. My simple request was to verify the status of my temporary GP registration, but I was abruptly brushed aside and coldly instructed to "complete a full enrolment" instead. There was absolutely no empathy shown toward my genuine concern about an urgent matter. The profound irony isn't lost on me that a healthcare environment—fundamentally dedicated to compassion and patient care—is being managed by someone who displays a complete absence of interpersonal understanding or basic human sensitivity.

Attended medical clinic midweek for pneumonia vaccination. Following a comprehensive consultation and thorough questioning, I was directed to undergo a health screening and diabetes evaluation. By the next day's appointment, a diabetes diagnosis was confirmed. Medical tests and treatment protocols are currently in progress. The receptionist consistently displays an attitude that is condescending, hostile, and disrespectful towards those interacting with her. During my critical prescription issue on November 15th, I attempted to explain my urgent need, but she immediately began yelling and prevented me from completing my explanation. I have personally witnessed her unprofessional demeanor for an extended period.

The employees are fantastic and truly go out of their way to secure an appointment for you. However, I'm deducting a star due to their confusing booking system. If you happen to call just a moment past 8 o'clock, you'll find yourself in a seemingly endless queue, positioned around 30th in line.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

Experienced excruciating leg discomfort and was recommended to arrive at 1:30 for a potential slot due to an earlier patient's cancellation. Arrived slightly after the suggested time, waited 4 minutes while the receptionist finished a phone call, then endured an additional 10-minute wait only to be informed that the physician would not see me. Absolutely unacceptable. Utterly incompetent medical practice - highly recommend steering clear.
