I'm preparing to sign up at this place coming from swansea. I've checked out some reviews mentioning discourteous front desk staff. Countless attempts before someone picks up. Then they're completely booked. Call back tomorrow, they say. Thought to myself, this feels just like the medical practices back in swansea. The receptionists seem to float in on magic wands. Then they take their sweet time for a chat and snack break while patients go mad, dialing repeatedly, getting absolutely nowhere. UTTERLY FANTASTIC

I was planning to withhold all ratings due to their abysmal phone availability. Every single attempt to schedule an appointment results in constant busy signals - the last time I tried, the line was engaged after 129 attempts. Are they deliberately leaving the phone off the hook until they're less swamped, and then casually informing patients they're fully booked? This recurring issue has happened multiple times, and I'm seriously considering switching practices after being a long-term patient. The service has deteriorated so dramatically that I'm nostalgic for when Dr. John was around - he would have quickly addressed these unacceptable communication problems.

Incompetent staff ruins medical care for suffering patient
I phoned the medical practice at 8:30am to schedule an appointment for my child and was instructed to come in at 10:10am. I took time away from work and arrived at 10am. The front desk staff stared blankly when I attempted to check in and simply told me to sit down. I questioned whether the appointment was for 10 or 15 minutes later, but she continued to look confused. Another receptionist stepped in and informed me the appointment was actually for the following day. She claimed she was the one who spoke to me earlier and falsely stated she had originally told me it was for tomorrow. The entire purpose of calling in the morning was to secure a same-day appointment. Her demeanor was hostile and unprofessional. Eventually, a nurse saw us and said the doctor needed to sign a prescription, which could be collected after 1pm. I tried calling the surgery all afternoon, but the prescription was not completed. Meanwhile, my son is suffering tremendously! The service is absolutely unacceptable.

I've been a patient at this medical practice (known by various names) my entire life, spanning 68 years. Today's appointment with Dr. Moore was absolutely devastating. I have never been made to feel so insignificant by any healthcare professional before; he treated me with such contempt and superiority. I am resolute in my decision to never consult him again and am seriously considering switching medical practices entirely. He is an arrogant and disrespectful individual, and it's no surprise that this surgery has such a low two-star rating when they employ doctors like him who demonstrate such a demeaning attitude towards patients.

Visited the medical practice today with a 2:30 appointment. Three receptionists were occupied with a single patient, causing the waiting line to grow increasingly long. It was appalling that they showed no remorse or acknowledged the inconvenience. As someone reliant on ongoing medication, I find their attitude unacceptable. The staff come across as discourteous and impatient, and I am seriously considering transferring to another healthcare provider. Working individuals cannot always schedule appointments for their children on short notice. Moreover, this surgery lacks adequate systems for booking appointments in advance, which is incredibly frustrating.

Frustrating dental appointment disaster at local surgery
I phoned the medical center early today seeking an antibiotic consultation. The receptionist instructed me to come in at 9:30. I hurried from my workplace in Swansea, arriving precisely at the designated time, only to be met by an incredibly unhelpful receptionist. She curtly informed me that they couldn't assist me because my issue was dental-related. Adding insult to injury, she then falsely claimed she had attempted to contact me beforehand. When I presented my phone, which showed zero missed calls, she lamely excused herself by saying they had been too overwhelmed to reach out. The whole situation was absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

Worst medical experience ever terrible service
Unbelievable how terrible this medical practice is. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for three days straight, and the receptionist is absolutely appalling. Her sarcastic attitude is completely unprofessional, and she's incredibly dismissive. She demands to know my medical issue, yet simultaneously declares they're fully booked with no flexibility. An absolute complete waste of my time and energy. The entire experience is utterly disgraceful.

Getting through to this clinic is an absolute nightmare - I've had to dial over 100 times before someone picks up. Their prescription handling is consistently problematic, with meds never being ready when promised. I've been forced to use precious work hours just to get my blood pressure checked, only to discover later that the healthcare professional I saw isn't authorized to prescribe medication, and worse, no information was forwarded to someone who could. The entire purpose of my visit was completely undermined. The clinic's operational inefficiencies are glaringly obvious - there's a total breakdown in organizational structure and communication.
