Frustrating healthcare experience with unresponsive staff

Regrettably, navigating surgical transitions proves extremely challenging. I've reached out twice to the local manager regarding my physician, and the representative merely acknowledges my concern without taking any meaningful action. I've now lost my employment, and ironically, the doctor responsible is the same one who previously advocated for me with my employer. It seems no one except myself is truly concerned. I've become disillusioned with the NHS staff I've encountered, who appear indifferent. My sole remaining sentiment is to extend well-wishes to those who genuinely merit them.
