Pathetic practise

This is not the first time that this has happened and thus I am writing my review. The appointment is never given on the first go, you have to request them literally beg them to give you the appointment and their first answer is go to A&E. We apologise we dont have any appointment. this is their tagline. Even if by any miracle they give you the appointment on time the doctor will never see you at the same time. you have to wait for atleast 20-30 more minutes and then you can go for your consultation which is complete waste of time.

Nightmare at the front desk

this establishment is an absolute nightmare - for a full week, I've been utterly unable to schedule an appointment through any possible channel. Their online system fails, phone lines are useless, and in-person attempts are equally futile. The receptionist, a middle-aged blonde woman, displays a shockingly hostile attitude, radiating contempt with every interaction. Her unprofessional behavior is appalling, and I sincerely hope management addresses these serious systemic issues before driving away all potential clients.

The personnel are delightful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The facility itself is equally charming and immaculate, boasting excellent amenities.
