This medical practice is an utter embarrassment. My partner phoned early this morning regarding an eye injury and was promised a 09:30 consultation. He sacrificed a workday and traveled in, only to be informed no appointment was ever scheduled. The staff then bizarrely insisted they couldn't locate the call in their system, despite previously claiming all interactions are documented for training purposes. Their pathetic "resolution" was to suggest a 14:30 appointment five hours later, forcing my partner to pay for additional travel back and forth. Naturally, they refuse to compensate for the unnecessary expenses and wasted time. How can such treatment be considered remotely acceptable? This isn't merely a simple error, but a profound demonstration of complete indifference. Unfortunately, these issues are not isolated incidents for us. The consistent failures, total lack of professional responsibility, and blatant disregard for patient welfare are appalling and potentially pose serious health risks. I emphatically recommend anyone seeking dependable and safe medical treatment to steer clear of this facility.
