The surgical procedure here is excellent, with compassionate doctors who genuinely pay attention and provide support. The female reception staff are wonderful - friendly, courteous, and consistently helpful with bright smiles. However, my interactions with the male staff at the front desk have been quite negative. They appear unresponsive and become defensive when approached about scheduling issues. If you attempt to discuss a problem, they immediately become aggressive and confrontational, making you feel like you're attacking them rather than seeking resolution. They show zero interest in understanding the underlying concerns. I've experienced this unprofessional behavior twice during phone conversations, and I'm unsure if it was the same individual both times.

I specifically asked for certain blood tests, which were completely disregarded - instead, I received unnecessary tests that I never requested and was then advised to schedule new tests with no current appointment slots. Their organizational skills, communication, and overall service are deplorable, and given my critical need for medical support, I am profoundly frustrated and let down. It's abundantly clear that this facility is completely unreliable.

Their lack of compassion was striking, despite my presenting a critical health concern. I discovered, to my shock, that I had not been properly entered into their patient records, which prevented me from obtaining essential medication. When I sought guidance about resolving this administrative error, their response was coldly dismissive, stating it was outside their scope of responsibility. Such unprofessional conduct is utterly unacceptable, particularly in an environment dedicated to patient care and well-being.

I was seeking temporary access, which the website indicated was possible. I called to inquire about the process and was met with an incredibly discourteous receptionist. Initially, they claimed they couldn't help me. When I pressed for alternative options and guidance, they requested my address. After I provided my details, the receptionist dismissively stated they couldn't assist and suggested I continue searching online. I found it utterly pointless that they would ask for my location if they had no intention of providing any useful information.
