Overall the surgery is good but I had a disappointing experience with one member of the nursing staff who I felt displayed an unprofessional manner and unhelpful attitude, particularly when working with vulnerable patients during vaccination appointments. My infant had to wait considerably longer than expected without any explanation or acknowledgement of the delay, and I felt there was insufficient communication and a lack of consideration for my concerns. This was particularly frustrating given that the remainder of the team demonstrate genuine commitment and professionalism. It was an unfortunate experience that fell short of the standard set by the rest of the practice.

Impossible to reach surgery after practice takeover

I was transferred to a different practice when there was a management change, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Getting an appointment or receiving responses to questions has been incredibly frustrating. I'm unable to access their online system, there's no email option available, and navigating the telephone system has made it impossible for me to reach anyone at the practice. My regular medication was discontinued without explanation despite being under the care of a hospital specialist, and I've been unable to get clarification on this matter.
