After relocating to this region, I became a patient at this medical practice five years ago. They have consistently demonstrated exceptional efficiency, approachability, and compassion. Today's appointment was a continuation of an existing health concern. I feel confident that my symptoms are being meticulously investigated and carefully evaluated. My doctor provides ample opportunity for me to discuss and communicate, and promptly follows up with a detailed message summarizing our conversation and outlining the subsequent actions. This represents a truly high-quality healthcare experience.

Terrible clinic with unhelpful and confusing service

I strongly discourage using this healthcare facility. Through the NHS app, a doctor suggested my child could receive a complimentary hepatitis A vaccine for travel. Upon contacting the clinic, they instructed me to call on 26th May. Since 26th May was a bank holiday, my husband rang them on 27th May morning, only to be informed they have merely two dates in June, both completely reserved! When I requested an alternative booking location, they flatly refused and recommended going private. Private vaccination costs £75 per dose (totaling £150 for two doses). They are clearly failing to provide adequate service. Moreover, initially in April, their administrative staff claimed they didn't offer the vaccine at all and couldn't even distinguish between hepatitis A and B - quite shocking for an NHS employee. Only after persistent questioning did they suggest calling on 26th May, conveniently omitting the limited booking availability. This was an incredibly frustrating and stressful encounter. I emphatically advise against utilizing this clinic!!!
