Terrible healthcare experience with useless clinic staff

I'm thoroughly disappointed with this medical practice. Three visits this year, and each time they've been utterly unhelpful. I've been completely transparent about my health issues - struggling to sleep, experiencing breathing difficulties, and suffering from nightly fevers - yet their consistent response is a dismissive "sorry, can't help you". The frustration is overwhelming, to the point where I'm seriously considering registering with a GP in another country. My flatmate shares my negative perspective about this clinic and this specific doctor, to such an extent that he actively requests not to be assigned to them. That speaks volumes about the quality of care. As a postscript, they subsequently removed me from their patient list, claiming I live too far away. Their reasoning is suspect: if distance was truly an issue, why did they initially accept my registration? Moreover, I personally know four individuals registered with West Hampstead Medical Center who live even further away than I do. This clearly demonstrates their unprofessional approach and the incredibly poor manner in which they handle patient interactions.
